If i went, i doubt they would put what id have to say on the video. Id hammer all parties. As awful as the two labor organizations have been with their infighting, Parker still should have the vision to get all parties moving frwd. Parker was telling the truth 100% subtly blaming the two dopes, but it is nobetheless inexcusable for Parker to claim "maybe we need to do something new". I mean, DO IT, dont tell me what you may do....find another way and open the door. This association is a nightmare now but he has to work thru it to get us our money like he said.

He must feel it's reached a hopeless stalemate

Yea but by your own admission there hasnt been any offers either way except on the 7 open issues. So dont have us rolling with your ghost proposals.
I said that???? Me????? I said they haven't been exchanging things back and forth????? Me?????

Where do you come up with these Velcro balls you throw?

That was Rez who told ALL of us where they're at. 22 TA's right now, 7 being worked on, and maybe 10 more after that that need to go.

Weez the other work groups settled
Yea 2 who had agreements to force feed a deal down their throats, and 2 who took 10 months to get it done from start to finish.

And again the Pilots and Flight Attendants don't like their deals and are trying to get Parker to change the crap they don't like. Yea Good Luck with that. Not happening.

Go on the PSA FB pages and they're also complaining about things they don't like. That group caved in the end.

How many times do I have to repeat this every few weeks?

Parker is negotiating against monkeys.
Wow you're a real cool guy. You call them monkeys and then when you run into them I hear you're buttering all over them.

I'd spit in your face personally.

One more time for the readers. Our negotiators for both Fleet and Maintenance gave the company a full comprehensive (scetch) proposal.

http://www.usaamerger.com/wp-content/uploads/2015/12/Association-Positions-Proposal-Document.pdf

When the company then sat down with our guys they had nothing to offer in return. As a matter of fact I heard that they just wanted us to take one or the other and they'd give us the raises ($26.54 at that moment) and everyone could go bye bye.

When we did those surveys we told our negotiators what we wanted. And we DID NOT say we wanted one or the other BANKRUPT agreement and that would be fine. Far from it.

So our guys are (as they keep telling us) working on trying to improve the entire NEW agreement. And they also told us to do that takes time. But now some people are vocally in a hurry? Nah. They need to get this done right no matter how long it takes.

"Solidarity Now"

Yes, 7 being worked on. So dont blame Parker alone, since the association itself has refused to work on 10 items that havent been touched.

Me and you had a considerable disagreement a few months ago when you claimed the association should focus on even the smaller items like temp employees and leaves of absence. You especially complained about my comment "we shouldnt be sweating the small stuff" as this isnt section 6 and these arent the sorta section 6 exhaustive negotiations that take years. Actually you agreed with me until nyer said something similar. Now you want us to go to the mat for everything, which is fine if you want exhaustive long protracted section 6 negotiations. Spending 2 months on leave of absence for uncle johnnys death stole about $3,000 from me. And we been hymmhawing and stomping our feet trying to eliminate temp employees out of the twu contract for 4 months now. I hate temp language as well but this isnt treasure island and its cost us about $5,000 thus far. And lets say prez stands firm against another passing of temp proposals and stalls the big items another 4 weeks, who ya gonna blame.

At the end, this is a charade and they will sign around october cuz them and the association would be thrown out on their collective arses if they lose our profit sharing by diaking around about smaller issues.
We can say with CERTAINTY that they will sign and it will be ratified prior to january. The contract will pass by 95% due to a rejection causing the profit sharing to be ripped up for 2016. Putting ps in hostage plus tossing $30 will get ratified by 95% regardless of how much the association coughs up in union rules.

Its a metaphor. No i dont butter up to any of them. You heard wrong. I pretty much "hammer" them over their incompetence even in my breakroom if they come in and start talking down to the peeps. If they are respectful to peeps then its different.

I hope im 100% wrong and that wesel is right but i have this awful feeling, backed up by history that the twu and iam will roll right over at the end of the day.
$30 but after all the feet stomping, we are gonna cough it up. And weasel will pull a dave lehive and claim ta1 is the best we can do..

Not what I heard from a couple of different guys.

Again I'd spit in your face.

Too many loopy diatribes for one day man.

Driving home now. Maybe we'll pick it up again tomorrow? Maybe?
