See, here you go again. Dude i think you must have a prescription for depression or something cuz you have a couple adult post but cant keep the string going. Then you get KOd everytime by NYer and you walk right into it. I personally dont even get the impression that he ever attacks you but, for whatever reason, you flip out on him.
Personally, i think lehives promise of a gig in return for political favors to alex as well, you have to trash NYer.
Sad

I tried.

Often leaves from his gate D23 and Weez likes Kloader versus bulkloading.

Josh
I've been told by multiple people that work with weez that he is a nice guy but worthless as a worker, so I doubt that he is the one bulkloading. Just a guess. I like weez but he isn't known for his work habits. Gift of gab.

Ya know Tim, we do agree on this, after all this time, the weez, (after close investigation), has a less than a desirable work ethic, things are filtering down here at DFW, and from the sounds of things, it's not good. And I speak the truth not like that POS B.Parker.

Weez you know where the irony is thickest on this? All these people he hates and rails against he helped elect pretty much all of them
What you have to remember is this... It's not the human element (people) he hates... it's the 'institution'. Those that have known him for decades all say the same thing.

It's like weez said -- theologically, and politically, the real interest here is to undermine the IAM/TWU institution (or any Union) simply because it's a GREAT EVIL in the minds of not just him, but millions of religious conservatives all over this country. You can thank corporate lobbyist for spending hundreds of millions, if not billions on perpetuating this belief. The current administration in DC (if left unchecked) will eventually weaken the RLA with nationalized right to work laws. This will create a mass exodus of dues payers, rendering the airline labor groups neutered, and unable to finance negotiations or grievances.
Do your research!

You will hear people claim the thread is going off topic if you discuss this politically here. The reality is, without the institution, there would be no need for the thread! -- Think about it!

Ok so the Profit Sharing is now showing in Jetnet/Workbrain. My Gross before taxes was $1400.00 and change. So when I broke it down to what I consider to be it’s “true” worth, it breaks down to .7 Cents per hour. .7 x 40 x 52 = $1400.00 and change.

.7 cents.

Enjoy that PS folks.

Off topic nonetheless!

A pat on the back for all...lol

I’d much rather have my pat on the back be about 7% which would be $2.15 per hour or $4472.00 if it was a one time check.

I prefer thinking long term rather than short term economics.

The percentage, in this case 2%, is dictated by the size of the profit sharing pool, the number of people to be paid out and their collective earnings (which has gone up since last year).

In order for us to get more than this year's 2%, the Company would either have to have a larger profit or set aside a higher percentage of the profits to go towards the pool.

So the percentage we need to be changed is not what we received but what they hold aside.

I have noted this a few times now. But even if they brought our PS up to the same formula as Delta and made the same amount of profit we would still see a noticeable difference between the Airlines due to the fact DL has about 80,000 employees and AA has about 130,000.

A guaranteed wage estimation increase in lieu of profit projections is definitely a more preferable route to be compensated instead of the PS Roulette wheel. IMO.

And again my PS payout broken down was still only 7 cents from my point of view.

I was going to meet Weez at Gulfstream and then Juan Valdez cafe at MIA but he keeps bailing. He sounds like a nice guy and is very knowledgeable but I would like to meet him after all our exchanges on the forum. I think even Bluto was going to come to one of our meet ups that never materialized.
