From what I heard he ran unopposed for a job that didn’t pay anything.
That’s why he’s now qualified for IAM Grand Lodge Poobah.

Didn’t he only get 7 or 8 votes in that last election him against Martinez?
It was like 380 to 8 or something like that.
To be fair there was some guy who only got 4 as I recall.

I just like to mess with Tim personally myself. I’m staying TWU so I could care less.
But I also have ZERO doubt if Tim won he wouldn’t be a crook too.

No need to defend on this bro. There has never ever been 1 person ever who ran against District Lodge 141 or the Grand Lodge, without at least one incumbent to have won on any ballot. As far as Grand Lodge, only one person has ever made it through the gauntlet, Jay Cronk, and he ended up getting 40% of the vote. He paved the path and we are well ahead of that number. Our slate has much more experience than the top of the Grand Lodge slate. And then our GVP's are mostly Shop chairpersons who were also organizers, etc. Martinez was a safety guy and never organized a soul and hasn't done a thing ever other than loot the pension and attend 22 conventions a year. Sad.
This district ticket got more nominations and set a new record and will get plenty of endorsements. It will smoke them and Gill Simmons in PHL, and will smoke Prez in PHX, BIGTIME. CLT loves their part time and is happy with the back to back so they usually roll with the establishment and will again this time.
As far as the Grand Lodge, a lot more work but things are building nicely for April. Looking good! Can't blame David Eavers on Facebook for busting on me, him and other TWU coalition members want our health care to be cute so they can get a pay raise.

Thats good. No reason to give up lus health care. If i win the GL, i can tell you that we wont be signing any ta that coughs it up. The leverage is in that no-displacement language.
