I used to despise WeAAsles. I felt he used the UNION pulpit to push leftist agendas. I don't really see him doing that anymore though it hardly matters, I am pretty sure he has me on ignore.
The ironic part is now that I don't see him using UNIONism to push leftism I feel we have a "cool truce". He stopped the behavior that put us at odds to begin with. Yet now it doesn't matter because again... I am like 90 percent sure he has me on ignore., just when we got to a point where we could actually communicate.
I am not going to lose any sleep over it though.

Weez every update is making the rank and file expect more.They are going to have to come up with the greatest TA of all time example UA mechs get 7 weeks vacation now our mechs are going to expect that.My point is anything else will be considered failure.Probably the real reason the union wont show their proposal

You said you wanted our proposal. People keep asking for the proposal. Well as far as what’s left pretty much there’s the proposal. They haven’t deviated much from the very beginning.
A tweak here and there and that’s about it.
P. Rez even said here quite awhile back that there were improvements on the majority of articles that they agreed to with the Company months ago.
The videos and updates recently have been pretty consistent that what AA is offering doesn’t cut it. They want the Pension and/or 16%, your Medical, The Jobs and good Wages that keep us ahead of the pack, or a better PS Formula.
Not hard to figure out at all.
