You have posted numerous times it’s gone
And so far it’s not.
Has any medical been agreed to at all?
Section 6 will they go with what is TA'd already or start anew?Key words..."so far."
Would be ecstatic if wrong on this, but it's been an LAA priority for 10 years and they're one group from their goal.
I might be on the minority on the LAA side, but I've always supported and understood not rushing towards an agreement.
For us in MIA, we're better off with our current PT and OT language so let's hold the line, but the patience on the LAA side will be shorter than the LUS side.
Then when we get into Section 6, the dynamics change drastically.
The sky is falling.
Get your mindset out of concessionary bargaining mode.
To your credit. Every 2 months weezle been claiming a jcba.Has it been TA'd?
I've said and maintain this will be the airline's top priority. Also been saying these negotiations will drag out because of this very subject, while others maintained the end was in sight.

It survived three rounds of concessions in two different bankruptcies, a JCBA merger with HP and the Section 6 CBA in 2014.I guess you missed the part about going the distance in trying to keep it. Unlike others who've posted, I don't advocate just giving it up.
Just pointing out it will be one of the most important pieces for the airline. I've known and shared this was going to be a tough fight that will take time. At the same time, I don't think the airline will back off their stance either.
Unlike others who continually believed we were almost done.
Another update.
Why don’t you quote me?I believe there were several:
