Those stews were wise to vote in the twu. They wont be replaced. Most likely 5 years with no raises and no profit sharing but its reasonable to expect a merger. So its a smart move, even if they have to wait since they cant be contracted out so easily. The delta stews really need to focus on the twu and the iam should relinquish property rights as long as Martinez anti woman regime exist.

They tried that already (a TWU/AFA tie up called "ADFA."). It didn't pan out. After that, they went with the IAM, and now there is also a pretty big push for AFA.
