When you do finally get to vote if that’s your decision then that’s your decision and people should respect that.

Too many babies cry cry cry cause votes don’t go their way.
Or they beat the crap out of you in cyberspace if want to vote differently from them, but then claim they are democratic!

I’ve been noticing that typical militant thugery against your choice. Don’t let it bother you.

It doesn't , I have always made my decision based on logic. We were talking about at work today. Depending on how this investigation goes on the results of this incident today, if that will make people think twice before they vote. It sucks there was lose of life, prayers for her family. Sometimes when things happen it has a way of changing an outcome.

Or vote “yes,” and the T/A passes, but everyone swears they were a “no” vote.
BINGO!!! You said it there. As was the outcome in our contract vote when the International outsourcing was on the table. We never found a single sole that voted for it.

That was when they also recommend to vote no and it passed. This time no scope changes but the reason they recommend a no vote, is because the economics are off 3 percent in the snap up, and maybe 5% on the back pay. So we will see what happens.

You totally should.
I totally WONT!

The reason you guys hate 700... is because he would not bend to the Nelson brain washing agenda that is constanly going on here, and elsewhere...
700 is considered 'condensending' for revealing the truth, and facts that did not support the overall TN narrative.
Ligitimate posters like Clt Rat have mostly abandonded this thread due to the obvious biased nature of the content. Maybe that's the objective-- if so, I comend them for thier efforts, as we should not be here telegraphing anything to begin with!

If "telegraphing" is the problem, then let's just shut down the page and the blog.

Trying to restrict what is shared on these pages, because someone disagrees, is tantamount to censorship.

The biggest problem on these pages is not the content of the dialogue, it is the attacks against the contributors simply because they have a different point of view.

Stop trying to talk to adults. Every time you do, you show just how out of step you are.

Does anyone here want to actually converse “on topic” ? I posted this yesterday.

Worldwide Flight Services, a major cargo and ground handling service provider for airlines and airports, has laid off 161 employees at Philadelphia International Airport, according to a Worker Adjustment and Retraining Notification (WARN) Act notice filed with the Pennsylvania Department of Labor and Industry. But the workers will most likely not be out of work long.

The company said it would make the cuts at Cargo City, Building C6. The affected employees are to be dismissed June 16. A spokeswoman in WFS’ Paris headquarters said in an email that the layoffs will affect all levels of employees — management to front-line staff. She said the cuts were implemented because a major contract was not renewed but did not indicate which one.

well, we know that a philadelphia starbucks needs a new manager

- the article states that aa has gotten another fly-by-night company to handle freight in phl?

That contract was with American Airlines, which confirmed that it did not renew its arrangement with WFS. A spokeswoman for the airline said that Irving, Texas-based G2 Secure Staff has been contracted to handle the work and that company intends to offer jobs to all of the affected employees. The goal will be to have a "seamless transition."

these companies exist so johnsen can earn in the tens of millions.

Well the Company made a claim in their presentation about having Freight in the Hubs as I recall. The illusion being that we would be doing Freight in ALL the Hubs. But then we get this little bit of news of the Company signing a new contract with G2?

I’d like to know some more about this Contract if I were speaking for the Association? The Company says they want Catering in that Station. Has the Association made a pass to regain old lost work?
