Well.. peterson said 90 days up front. Going 90 days out is 520 work hours counting on the calender.. Which makes sense, its a quarter and 1/4th of 2080 hours.

Heard if your not topped out it's now a 9 year top out

It appears to be an 8 year top out. Your union leaders, without your approval,  have foisted another industry first among unionized carriers to increase top out by 3 years. No even in the worst of times in 2003 did the compAAny ask for such a concession. Pathetic!

Yes....But now that the LOA is out, having read it, I wonder what the results would be if given a chance to vote on it.

Good point. A lot of newer people are in our high cost areas with international flights and you would think DP would want them happy.

AGC comes to work last night to try and explain lump sum formula and realize that he can't. Inspectors went from 25% to who knows what percentage. Another Harry Houdini trick!

If you look at the base rates, we went up about 28% where the inspectors went up around 30.5%. If I read the agreement correctly they get the $1.75 premium on top of that. I guess they're more important.

My base is 32.63 + 5.00 + .55 = 38.18

9.13 diff × 520 hrs

But then theres a raise in sept, not sure how that will figure in.

I would think that occurs anyway which in turn will offset the 520 hr advance.
There's no raise in Sept of this year. Nothing until Sept 2017

No, when the membership continues to keep the existing Union(s) or Association on the property, the representitive's Constitution and By-Laws grant them the authority to act on your behalf.

Don't worry brother we will get them next time. crewchiefs don't deserve the same pay has Inspectors.

Metal that's their premium pay. And you guys get premium pay too. All your guys went up 3% over whatever Delta was paying. Inspectors still make less than you at $42.

there is nothing in this pdf you posted that has any crewchief pay increase. I am not a crewchief. I would be pissed if I was.  I assume they get the amt increase which is less then the Inspectors plus their override.
