there is nothing in this pdf you posted that has any crewchief pay increase. I am not a crewchief. I would be pissed if I was.  I assume they get the amt increase which is less then the Inspectors plus their override.
The higher current premiums remained. This was just BASE wages with some clarity to bring one side or the other up to the higher premiums while they continue to negotiate.

Everything in that agreement has the word "interim" in it.

There may be a Q and A coming out today?

Lets hope so!! A Q&A is defiantly needed, because everyone seems to have their own interpretation or their own misunderstanding of this LOA.

Metal that's their premium pay. And you guys get premium pay too. All your guys went up 3% over whatever Delta was paying. Inspectors still make less than you at $42.

WeAAsles..Look at the chart for pay...The inspector BASE rate is $.80 more than an AMT....Currently we all have the same base rate, THEN add in license pay and line pay if applicable. Then it is the same  premium increase for CC and INSP....
It appears to me that the inspectors are now making more than crew chiefs.

My apologies. I need to look at the charts sideways on my phone turning my head. The "guess" is that Delta was paying them more if everyone in your groups went up 3% over Delta as the comparison?

We went up 1% over UAL because they are higher than Delta.

Curious. What would it have been if UAL IBT said yes to their TA and you went 1% above that? You guys are still in the leapfrogging game since they said no.

I am puzzled, how WeAAsles manages to be in a place he said he was not going to be????

I changed my mind. Never signed the agreement to stay away because I wanted more money.

Before you know it UAL will get a contract, then Delta will best them and we will be at the bottom again. That's the way it goes.Unless we get some good contract language ensuring we can move up when others pass us.

You might get a "me too" language on UAL if they get a deal they pass before you but you'll never get one on Delta since they're non Union and have no contract. The FA's have a one time look back agreement against the AFA if they say yes in the next few weeks. Then they're done.

Parker even said they can't continue to leap over everyone forever. The industry has almost reached the "Lock in" rates now. (Almost)

You would have made a wonderful union rep!

Been one on and off many times. I actually prefer to work pro bono though.

How've you been Rogs? Life going good for ya?

III. Job Protection

D. Relocation of the Accreted Groups as part of the integration and merger will not be considered a violation of the above job protection provisions.

So does this paragraph mean if a station is overmanned a relocation of some members will take place?

The Q&A will be out any minute. Even our local said one would be forthcoming TODAY...SMH!
