Since you dont work under the IAM CBA yet, and never have been involved you are speaking out your rear end.

The IAM adminsters the contract just fine.

Like I said, your contract allows unlimited outsourcing, it allows HP to schedule routine overnight maintenance by vendors, not your own AMTs.
