IAM Withdraws NMB Election Application

So numerous DL FAs have contacted their FSM in person and in writing requesting DL to provide them with the signature DL submitted on their behalf.

All of their requests have been denied.

So much for a direct relationship, family and culture.

Why would DL refuse the FA to see their signature?

What is DL hiding?

Some FAs are getting ready to file a FOIA to get their card or copy from the NMB.
that will go over like a lead balloon;.

Are we supposed to believe that a federal agency whose job is supposed to verify signatures has never provided training to its employees?

let's face it that the IAM and its supporters can't face the reality that they did NOT have a majority of accurate signatures, DL is following the exact law that it has to, it doesn't really matter whether employees see the signature on file because the NMB and/or DOJ literally holds the cards, and the DOJ WILL find out who forged the cards - and there might be some DL employees who might not want to make long term vacation plans using their pass benefits.

and I very well may be wrong that there are union activist DL employees who will fight the DOJ and be convinced that they are innocent until the day they are walked off DL property and into a jail or with a heavy fine for violating federal law.

Apparently, some already have and are also already receiving responses with the info they've asked for...

and if the NMB allows it and is willing to process the requests, then so be it.

It won't change that there were clearly thousands of fraudulent cards, the NMB is not a bunch of amateurs who have never been trained at how to look at handwriting, and they made the decision to refer the case to the DOJ.

to try to argue that they didn't see fraud is denial to the highest level.

Clearly?

So you know more than the NMB, and the DOJ?

You post under spectator because you are speculating.

spectator hasn't existed for years.

It's amazing how low you and others here stoop to avoid facing reality.

I'm not coming to any conclusions other than what the NMB said... they find many cards that did not appear to be signed by the employee whose name was on it and referred the case to the DOJ.

Sorry for you to have to hear that but it is the truth.

not only is it a spin job but it is full of the same lies whether they be from the IAM or its DL employee supporters.

The IAM WOULD NOT have won an election given that more than enough cards were invalidated and there are multiple reports that people signed cards just to either force the company to cough up money - a long term DL employee strategy - or to get the IAM and its supporters off of its back.

The NMB was simply doing their job - accurately counting cards. Whether they did it before is not the point; they had the right to do it. Save the fight for the courtyard when the DOJ lays out the evidence to the judge.

and, I have a feeling that the DOJ will drop their results and the same rats fleeing from a sinking ship phenomenon will be seen once again.

and you still keep spouting the same lies - it has been less than 8 years since I left DL, I actually worked there while you never have, and I accurately predicted where this would turn out - which is something you and Kev cannot accept.

DL'S CURRENT NON-UNION EMPLOYEES HAVE REPEATEDLY VOICED THEIR DESIRE TO REMAIN THAT WAY.

you can call it what you want but DL employees are now different from anyone else.

The innocent and the guilty both flee when the police show up after an armed robbery.

and they will stay away regardless of what the IAM wants to do because
and I work here currently but you are telling me I can't comment because I am in MX.

so pick a target. Either we all, other than baba, shut up

or we can do that thing where we let people talk about it. You know, not like we are in China....

where did I ever tell you not to comment?

Ideally the discussion would be with DL FAs who HAD a union representation campaign but since the NMB has tossed theirs out, they are further from a vote than they were months ago.

and if the hope is that enough DL FAs can argue that the NMB didn't have their accurate signature and the vote should go on, good luck with that. DOA.

what I won't tolerate is ANYONE saying that they have a right to discuss the topic and then argue that someone else doesn't.

I have repeatedly offered to step out of the unionization discussions if others who aren't actively in the class/craft being organized would do the same but repeatedly there have been 700 reasons why I have had to return because I don't believe or engage in unilateral disarmament.

you won't have the DOJ come poking its head around Tech Ops because there was no representation campaign there so you can't say what you would do without being in their shoes.

Well looks like the DOJ will be getting screen shots of 34 posts from FAs who are anti-union in regards to admitting they forged cards.

as they should.

and the chances that the anti-union crowd is the only one that forged cards is small... but that is why they are doing the investigation.

You mean screenshots about surveys. Already seen that info, thats old news buttercup. IAM trying to make a connection between surveys and cards that IAM forged themselves.

Nope nothing about the survey.

So try again.

Admitted card forgery, 34 shots, sent to the DOJ.

All anti-union posters.
