Than Informer why are the Organizers going around telling The TWU members that you have lied to them and the card numbers don't indicate the true count! The numbers have been inflated?

I also remember back in 2001 that Amfa delle was bragging about having over 50%. And I seem to remember several times you bragging about having over 50% going on three times! Are you ready to start the forth drive? The organizers are commenting on a regular basis that they are short the cards also! More than you are indicating! Rumor has it your card count is closer to 40% of 16,000 +/-.

Are you going to write here and tell everyone cards are not expiring at this time?

I just received a phone call from somone claiming to be calling on behalf of the "TWU and the AFL-CIO". She wanted to know if I received my mailer from the TWU. When I informed her that the flyer was used to light my charcoal cooker and that I had cooked hamburgers with the mailer she had to chuckle.

She asked, "well does that mean you are not likely to support the TWU over AMFA?", I had to laugh even harder than she had laughed earlier.

CIO, if you really believe that we are not going to file and have an election, then why is your organization having phone calls directed to our houses? You are losing credibility by the shear logic of the situation. Your actions do not match your rhetoric.

What I find interesting is how offended your own supporters are about receiving this call at home. Some of the same people that complained about the AMFA mailer, are now telling me they hate the phone call even worse.

Why don't you have them call and bother folks at home again next week?

Keep up the good work TWU, you are on the verge of giving AMFA the largest one sided vote in NMB History.

cio, the cards do not expire till March 17, 2004. What do you not understand about this statement? I have another statement for you. SAN is sending in another AMFA card as you read this. There was a Ramper laid off and was recalled as a fueler. Guess what? He is eligible to fill out a card because the fuelers are in my craft and class. He signed right after I gave him the card. That makes EVERYONE but one AMT to have signed an AMFA card in SAN. The only hold out is a person who is more company than union. That's OK. After AMFA gets in at AA we will fight for his professional future just as hard as we do everyone else's. Unlike the twu, who only fight for the dues to come in steadily. You are a coward before AMFA gets in at AA. I can only hope you don't continue to act as one after they come in.

From AMFA's Constitution:

All applications for Charters shall be presented to the National Director along with all initiation fees and dues, plus a copy of the by-laws of the proposed Local. Upon approval of the application and the by-laws, the National Director shall issue a Charter.

I heard Dave stated a charter is in the mail. Did you get to vote on the bylaws?

Number one someone has lied again. Prove where Dave said the "charter is in the mail"? Or disclose where you "heard" this from? Do you still believe everything the TWU tells you even after the many proven lies have been exposed?

Number two, the by-laws are required before the local can be Chartered and YES I will be voting on the by-laws. Will you?

In addition to a good time and food, we obtained 40 more signed cards, and also enough Associate Memberships to officially Charter Local 12.

Watch for the Charter to arrive soon. In addition, once we become AMFA at American Airlines, we will be the largest AMFA Local and darn proud of it too!

Dave, you are a common liar! Unless the Charter is walking to TUL.
