You don't support Obama, so you are the racist.
Exactly! People who object to BaRacks policies and not the color of his skin are still considered racist, so, in closing, if you don't support Carson's policies, YOU are a racist!

Who ever told you personally that you personally were a racist for objecting to O policy?

I hear that whining victim talk a lot, and have yet to hear anyone actually call someone a racist over it.

I have talked to a few people who said, to me, "I can't believe we elected "one of those", or "a gd n***** " "

So, yea, I have seen it, in person.

Not from you, no

The U.S. intelligence community has retreated from claims that two emails in Hillary Clinton’s private account contained top secret information, a source familiar with the situation told POLITICO.

The determination came from Director of National Intelligence James Clapper’s office and concluded that the two emails did not include highly classified intelligence secrets. Concerns about the emails' classification helped trigger an on-going FBI inquiry into Clinton's private email set-up.

Intelligence Community Inspector General I. Charles McCullough III made the claim that two of the emails contained top secret information, the State Department publicly stated its disagreement and asked Clapper’s office to referee the dispute. Now, that disagreement has been resolved in State’s favor, said the source, who spoke on condition of anonymity.

This guy ?

On March 12th, 2013, during a United States Senate Select Committee on Intelligence hearing, Senator Ron Wyden asked Director of National Intelligence James R. Clapper the following question:
"Does the NSA collect any type of data at all on millions or hundreds of millions of Americans?"
Director Clapper responded "No, sir."
Incredulously, Senator Wyden asked "It does not?"
Director Clapper responded "Not wittingly. There are cases where they could inadvertantly perhaps collect, but not wittingly."

So when we gonna' see these charges and orange jumpsuits and stuff?

Just so ya' know, IF the charges are warranted, as in grand jury passable, it won't bother me a bit, and that is just because everyone is entitled to due process.

I'd rather she wern't in the race anyway.

If she weren't, the DNC etal would have to look at Webb and O'Malley.

Then if the FoxNationalCommittee would tell their nutjobs and religious zealots to get lost, we might have A Thing

The State Department has released a new chronology adding perspective to how the diplomatic agency, former Secretary of State Hillary Clinton and other elements of the U.S. government scrambled to respond to the attacks on the U.S. facilities in Benghazi, Libya, on Sept. 11, 2012.
The newly disclosed documents, obtained by Veterans for a Strong America through a Freedom of Information Act lawsuit, include 24 pages of watch logs from the State Department operations center recording the logistics of the back-and-forth over the deadly assault in a sterile, just-the-facts manner.
The first note of the attacks is recorded in military time, just after 4 p.m. on that Tuesday afternoon.
“1606 Upon receipt of information concerning an attack on the Diplomatic Mission in Benghazi, the Watch issued a targeted alert … via electronic mail.”
The first apparent efforts at real-time, governmentwide coordination came 15 minutes later, as a conference call of command centers at various agencies was convened through a mechanism known as the National Operational Intelligence Watch Officer’s Network.
“1621 The White House Situation Room convened a NOIWON on behalf of the Watch, in which INR [State Department Intelligence & Research] also participated, to report an attack on the Diplomatic Mission in Benghazi.”
The first mention of Clinton in the watch log after word of the attacks comes at 5:38 p.m.
“1738 The Watch patched the Secretary to Central Intelligence Agency Director [David] Petraeus.”
Clinton was connected with Libyan National Congress President Mohamed Magriaf at 6:49 p.m., and President Barack Obama was connected with Clinton at 10:27 p.m., the logs show. Testimony at a House Benghazi Committee hearing with Clinton last month established that she was at home by the time of the latter call. The logs show Clinton next contacting the operations center at 7:15 the following morning.
The death of Ambassador Chris Stevens appears to have been reported to the operations center at 2:55 a.m. on Sept. 12. Three other Americans also died in the attacks.

Well, whaddya know? Maybe those Hillary Clinton emails didn’t include top-secret information after all.
At least, that’s the conclusion reportedly drawn by Director of National Intelligence James Clapper’s office — overruling the finding of Intelligence Community Inspector General Charles McCullough that two Clinton emails (from a sample of just 40) contained highly classified info.

Hmm. Clapper answers to the president — who issued clear marching orders months ago, announcing that Clinton’s server scam was “not a situation in which America’s national security was endangered.”

Oddly, news of Clapper’s finding got leaked to Politico soon after the Washington Free Beacon reported Clinton did indeed, right after taking over at State, acknowledge her responsibility to properly guard classified info — and that “negligent handling” of it could bring criminal penalties.

Until the Beacon broke that news, even the State Department was unclear on whether Clinton ever signed the Sensitive Compartmented Information Nondisclosure Agreement. By so doing, she promised not to put classified info at risk — by, say, storing it on a home-brewed email server.

Which she immediately turned around and did, because she didn’t want a record of her communications available to . . . the government of the United States of America.

That said, Clapper’s ruling whitewashes Clinton’s most serious known violations, and could serve as a pretext for shutting down the FBI’s probe into Clinton’s server use. But it shouldn’t.

Because her emails still include plenty of “born classified” info — stuff any top official knows must be kept safe.

FBI steps up interviews in Clinton email probe

The FBIs recent moves suggest that its inquiry could have evolved from the preliminary fact-finding stage that the agency launches when it receives a credible referral, according to former FBI and Justice Department officials interviewed by POLITICO.

"This sounds to me like its more than a preliminary inquiry; it sounds like a full-blown investigation, said Tom Fuentes, former assistant director of the FBI. When you have this amount of resources going into it . I think its at the investigative level."
