I'm not exactly thrilled with the idea of Her as pres either, though I gotta' grudgingly admit I'd rather her than any of the GOP's "bestest and brightest".

Funny thing is, he is the least "Republican" and simultaneously the least worrisome of the bunch besides maybe Kasich, who is much too intelligent to get any notice from the DittoHeads and Faux "Conservatives".

Still waiting on this indictment, etc., that we have been promised.
I find it amazing that the bobble heads and radio talkers have all this evidence, and no one in the entire Justice Department, the FBI, The GOP controlled House, or anywhere else that matters has anything.

Aside from the fact that charges of any kind have yet to be filed (I think that is still  a prerequisite in the US legal system) the prosecution would still have to get a conviction.  Assuming that would happen, She would get a full presidential pardon as has been done in the past.  I would venture a guess that even if the GOP were to win the WH that the new president would even grant a pardon.  The idea of a SoS serving time (highly unlikely in my opinion) much less probation or whatever does not seem like it would be a very attractive option for anything but the most heinous of crimes.

The FBI investigation isn't over yet is it? No. The "prerequisite of the US Legal system" (unless your a libtard on MSLSD) would be a concluded investigation, finding of felony evidence, then formal charges, arrest, and a Federal Trial. That's the normal order of the US Court System right? So ya think 'ol Hilldabeast would get a pardon by the President for her felonies? Definitely under a Obammy, but doubtful with a Conservative President. Most lawmakers and voters not in the lefty tank, are sick and tired of the Clintons, and especially her (or it). The constant lies, scandals, the above the law narcissism, and her nasty mean disposition as she thinks she is above everyone else. She wants to be the middle classe advocate?  Hardly, she makes me puke.  
 
She laughed at the whole Benghazi investigation, lied bold faced to the families of the Benghazi dead, and made light of the FBI email probe.
 
I don't think the FBI liked her disregard of the seriousness of her crimes.
 
General Petraeus did far less than the Hilldabeast, got his life destroyed, and lost his career over it.
 
Prison for the Hilldabeast.....at least 10 years or more.
