now you would have a point if he ran on libertarian ticket and did that, but if you want to get elected as a Republican you have to get them on your side its like running for president of a school class if you are class of 2015 you are going to get no where pandering to the class of 2016 you kind of have to speak to your audience and its most important not a good idea if you want a certain group (the republicans) to vote for you you don't talk sh*t about them

I've been pondering this for some time now. I'm beginning to think if Rand gets close Dad will speak and urge his followers to vote for Rand. Otherwise dear old Dad is keeping his options open like perhaps running again as a Libertarian with Gary Johnson. I think you have a very valid point but both Paul's have bold them selves as libertarians, at least when it's convenient. To now run as a republican seems disingenuous and opportunstic.
