and how will you spin this overspeed?
 
AA offered 15% first-dollar profit sharing in the term sheets 18 months ago and the pilots gave away 2/3 of that in exchange for small hourly increases. Piggybacking on that, the APFA and the worthless union did the same thing, so instead of getting 15% profit sharing, you'll only get 5% of the profits.

Meanwhile, over at that big Atlanta-based airline, nearly all employees will get 15% first dollar profit sharing with 20% of the profits over $2.5 billion.

You guys don't need a union like the TWU; you need a conservator or guardian to protect your interests.
