Undercutting an arbitrator is one thing, undercutting the 9th circuit is another, ! No JCBA no integrated USAPA list, a 3 way deal, but at this point my guess AA standalone, hostlie usairways take over and fragmentation, seperate contracts easy to do!

The only ruling the ninth made was not ripe. A joint contract makes the case ripe.

We do have an integrated list. It just could not be used until we had a joint contract.

Join contract joint list. Done deal.

Parker does not want separate ops or contracts. The APA pilots don't want separate ops or contracts.

DcPoser is quite amusing. He has stated he is " home grown " more than once when questioned on his original AAA status. Guess his conscience won't let him out right lie which is a good thing. So he sidesteps with the " home grown " .
I have dialoged here & pm and he will not answer a direct question but had the audacity to call me evasive.
I along with all Easties I recall just simply answer a direct question whether it reinforces OR weakens our POV. Hells Bells.....just a stinken completely irrelevant Webb board. These are not top secret / life & death issues.
IMO evasiveness = nearly all westies. Don't believe me , ask a westy his/her AWA month/year doh and listen to the crickets . Even the ones like Bean here avoid, and I think he's somewhat likable / humble / forthcoming . Btw....hope that young one got better

Thanks FA, right back at ya. I thought I already said I'm an 04' hire, guess not, there it is. I was holding a line prior to the merger and got knocked to reserve after. I'm not looking to upgrade on anybody's widebodies, I'd just like to have back what I had prior to the first merger (in more ways than one). Like I've said before, I don't think the NIC was fair, but DOH isn't any better. I would expect to be towards the bottom of any list, but to place AWA's senior captains below east US FOs I can't agree with. Oh, the little one stopped barfing and the big one started. Hopefully I'm not next. Have a good night.

P.S. To my knowledge DC is not a west pilot. I've heard east pilots talk like him on the jumpseat before, it is possible he's east.

Might of been why were not hearing complaints from Westies over mou sli language as has always been the case over last 5 years or if you've asked your reps on their take. The general overall absence here by you folk is quite fishy to me. Something is up!

We have sparred on things. We have agreed on things. But let me assure you of one thing. I know gunter better than you do. We have flown together. We have discussed things together. I can assure you of one thing. He is not an idiot and I would place anything he has to say ahead of you. You would be wise to STFU and listen.

Gunther was furloughed in 2005, we all know his motivations. Say anything, do anything comes to mind...
