Actually, the West DID support us in parity. They also had their own "McKee", a little midget blowhard. Yes, I was an ALPA rep, but my history after that, if you only knew, makes you the class clown. You are simply a blowhard with no respect for strategy or nuance.Greeter br />
I provided plenty of evidence of no west parity support. I will provide more in the future. You remind me of the clown in Uncle Buck. The clown said he was a legend and thought Uncle Buck did not respect his perceived history of being a legend in his own mind.

Your use of the word midget, is insensitive to others.

You said

"Yes, I was an ALPA rep, but my history after that, if you only knew",

More "pretzel logic" & "psycho-babble" from our good buddy Claxon/Apollo/Sumadarson. Keep clicking those ruby red shoes Dorothy.

Fact #1: The West held us hostage on parity in return for the Nicolau award.

Fact #2: The West NEVER felt that the democratic vote represented their interests, even under the more restrictive duality of the ALPA East/West veto.

Fact #3: Jack Stephan had the opportunity and power of majority to coalesce the MEC and tell National that they would NEVER use ALPA merger policy and if they tried to impose it we would leave ALPA. (Very weak leader, since your partial outing you of all people should know this.)

Fact #4: Unionism, no matter what banner you fly over the pilots, will never work. The strike tool is no longer available and just like everyone else if you try it you will lose your job. New hire pilots don't care about it and that is the way it is. Read Flying the Line vol. II. History repeats itself.

Fact #5: The "Piedmont Principle" is alive and well. (I should know because I was hired Piedmont and saw it first hand. Ask trader jake)

Claxon, I have told you before we are on the same page, but let me please clarify. My only beef with our fellow pilots out West is over the seniority issue. It ends there. Cactus boy is 180 from me in that regard, but is a proven stand up union pilot doing his PHX pilots right. Our West brothers and sisters have another round (sorry, but a blank) to fire on the seniority issue, and we are all standing by with our Kevlar vests, ready and waiting. That is their right. Your constant antagonism is understood on a basic level, but right now, other than the seniority issue, we should all be on the same page. Our potential enemy will maybe be the pilots of APA. Maybe not. But you are adding nothing to this debate as of late. We all get it. We all understand the differences. I suggest you stand down just a bit and see if maybe, just maybe, PHX, CLT, PHL, and DCA have a little in common. Enough to benefit us all.Greeter

I will agree with you on one point: Cactusboy is a standup guy and a standup rep. Other than that....

A final and binding arbitration result is not a blank and your DOH mantra is not a kevlar vest.

Seniority has not been the only thing between east and west. Look back on how ucrapa has treated the west starting with the RICO suit and on to how the appeals board election results were handled.

The west does not perceive the APA as a political enemy but we certainly do perceive ucrapa that way.

Please don't EVER refer to us as your "west brothers and sisters". UGH!

We have very little in common and even if we do it is too little and way too late. There will never be unity between east and west.

Most of us out west cannot wait until ucrapa goes away and most of us are willing to bear a little more pain just to ensure that the east finally gets what it deserves.

Fact#6: the Nic is the only accepted system seniority list at LCC, and will eventually be used to integrate the LCC pilots.

Fact#7: unionism will never work at LCC because you scabs stripped a full 1/3 of the pilot group of our representation!

Regarding Fact#7, you have representation. They choose NOT to represent you with every vote opposite the East reps on nearly every issue. One of them TOLD ME they were protest votes and that "I knew why". You can invite people to the party but you can't make them come. Driver...

Fact #8 You are the still lowest paid pilots in the industry, congratulations and be proud to help the company!!!!

Your party was a blanket party for the West.

Forgive us for throwing the blanket in your face and kicking your a$$

Better check your facts. Both Parker and Kirby told you that #6 is not correct. Why don't you knock it off and get on with your life?

I got a letter signed by Doug Parker stating that the Nic is indeed the accepted system seniority list for LCC.

Further, LCC paid the contractually required $300,000 per MEC upon acceptance and completion of the Nic, completing section IV of the TA.

What Parker and Kirby have told us time and again, is that under section VI, the Nic will not be used until there is a joint contract. Again, meeting their contractual obligations.

Not once has the company denied that the Nic is still the only system seniority list, and, as a matter of fact, they have testified in federal court that it is the status quo per our contracts and the RLA.

Can a bankrupt company pay the same as Delta which makes $1 billion a year?

I would think after two bankrupcties you'd understand that concept.

Let's all vote no and hope the UCC offers us more than APA got.

Regarding fact #1 - it west had absolutely nothing to do with us getting parity and every negotiator involved will tell you that. Exactly what leverage do you think in that borderline depressed mind of yours do you think the west had over the company? Yours is just another myth perpetrated by the anger inside you.

As for #2, if we worked under your version of democracy, women and blacks wouldn't be allowed to vote. We're going to find ourselves on the opposite end of your logic soon.

Time to quit Jamie. You sound like you're done with this career.

Did you wake up on the wrong side of the bed?

I'm staying until 65. Everyone I fly with I enjoy working with and I can assure you that I always treat them with respect.

Are you jealous because of your low self esteem and status in life?

I pity you.
