Dec 2012 / Jan 2013 US Pilots Labor Discussion

I don't hear anyone, thus far, bashing the most recent MOU; not the CLT reps and not the Compass Correction. In fact, the CLT reps are taking credit for improving the MOU. While the CLT recall group claims otherwise. Both sides can't be telling the truth.

No doubt this MOU will easily pass, so no suspense there. More interesting is the recall issue. Tougher to call. MOU II does have improvements over MOU I. So who is responsible for the improvements? It's no secret who was pushing MOU I - the leadership, the NAC, Roland Wilder and many of the pilots behind the current recall attempt.

I'm no cheerleader for the CLT reps, but If the NDA doesn't lift before the recall deadline, and we (CLT pilots) don't learn more about this whole MOU drama, I think a rush to judgement is about to happen.

It's all about transparency - right?

On that note, and in all seriousness, I thought the usapa breakdown of the MOU with comparisons to east and west contracts was a good read. Well done.

Yes, it was. How anyone would vote this down or even consider voting no is beyond me. We've left a ton of money on the table over the years and its time we started to get some back.

Really? I don't see it. That's like saying Boeingboy sounds like Claxon. By the way, where is Boeingboy?
Boeingboy and 767jetz payments were cut off by alpa, no incentive to post anymore. It was the same when alpa was voted off the property. How long did it take alpa to pull the plug on the west office?

Their opinions seemed too good to be true, did they not? alpa gave up on the west completely. Can I be Franke for a moment?

"Luv the 9-party of one, your table is ready.."

And finally, the Secretary-Treasurer is prohibiting us from using the USAPA communications system to defend ourselves and we must pay for each letter, including this one. The cost will be considerable. If you would like to join us in this battle to protect your careers, please consider making a financial contribution through ww.PayPal.comSincerely,

Bill McKee, Steve Crimi, and DeWitt Ingram

Complaining about having to play on a level field.

We put up our own money but these guys want our dues to pay for their defense.

You keep a few for yourself.

Afraid I'm too honest for that. I'm the kind of dork that corrects a cashier when they give me too much change. Besides, Isn't taking someone elses booze one of the shall nots in the commandments? :)

Liar? Specifically about what, Dave?

"The west fought against parity." That part is specifically a LIE. It was even recently discussed in a BPR meeting, to include communications between the ALPA MEC's. We IN FACT supported parity.

I really don't have the time to dig up the proof. Just keep running your pie hole, it really is helping those if us that want a raise / contract.

BTW, you may only use my name IF you chose to un-shroud yourself. Otherwise you can refer to me by my monicker.

Maybe you could ask usa320pilot cactusdaveboy, about the west pilots support for parity. The west pilots wanted the nic in exchange for parity, more specifics to follow.
