What!?! I asked that same question and they said nothing a out any three way. They wouldn't even speculate on the lists at all. I think your full of it FA.

I think that all of the interested parties (APA, USAPA, the creditors and bond holders, and both companies) believe that it is important get this MOU passed so they can quantify the costs going forward. Bringing up the seniority issue now would just add a lot of uncertainty, and a lot of continued in-fighting, hence the vagueness of it being settled thru M/Bond a little later on.

I wouldn't worry about him. He's in a very small minority now that has lost the BPR. You'll find the CLT reps gone as well in the near future so their self-destructive attitudes will be nothing more than noise.

Wait a minute. Vague answers with regard to SLI?
