WN's TRO was thrown out and now they have no problem waiting for the courts to take the time to rule that DL will always have a place at DAL

The judge clearly asked for reason to set in rather than try to rush a decision in just over a week.

And, it still looks like both court proceedings may be going on simultaneously.

The Tuesday date to hear WN's TRO against DL was cxld. WN previously belched about throwing DL out and after a chat with the judge says DL will be using WN gates as long as it takes to sort it out
