Unless LCC's catering is more reliable/honest than the catering at AA, they could never make a suspension stick. Then the union would grieve and the f/a would get back pay for the suspended period.

We are supposed to seal carts that contain alcoholic beverages before closing the galley for landing. I watched a catering guy one day. He very openly ripped the seals off the carts the minute he had them in the truck and removed several beers and some miniatures from the cart.

I reported the incident, but Corporate Security was too busy trying to catch f/as removing cookies (that otherwise would be thrown in the trash) from the a/c.

US must use the same caterers as AA. Do they share the same "security" also?
