Citing shutdown, DoJ requests stay in fight over U.S. Air, AMR deal

Bob Owens,

Your thoughts on the merger are absolute truth. I hope that the expressed opinions of the employees would somehow be weighted and scored as a positive FOR the employees interests' regardless of the mergers' outcome.

It is the employees that must come first, otherwise, why even expend the effort. In other words: I AINT WORKIN HERE FOR MY HEALTH...

Some news here:

"American Airlines and US Airways said Monday they’ve decided not to appeal a special master’s ruling that denied their request for documents and names that the carriers had demanded from the U.S. Department of Justice."

Which airline do you work for? In my vast career of 11.5 years with AA, I have NEVER seen a situation where the employees came first.
