As US Airways shares rally, AMR merger may be more likely, Bloomberg reports

Delta Air Lines has been asked to submit documents related to its merger with Northwest Airlines, in the US government’s challenge of American Airlines and US Airways’ proposed merger.
Richard Anderson, chief executive of the Atlanta-based carrier, says he was advised that Delta must submit the documents to the court. He made his comments while at the Society of American Business Editors and Writers (SABEW) fall 2013 conference in New York today.

That article, creating wholly from previously published statements, supppositions, and information from "un-named sources" has already been posted on another thread.  There is not one word in it that proves anything or provides any new data.

I could call a gullible reporter and say that an unnamed source told me that DP told him/her that he (DP) was going to fire all of the LCC employees from top down as soon as the merger was signed and hire all new employees to replace them.  If the reporter was stupid enough to put that in a newspaper or on a "news" website, would that make it believable?
