LOL..... Man... they are trying everything to fȠck this up....

I love automatic stays....

Presumably the judge can't agree to work for free either so can't respond to the request.

Too bad for the band of Idiots in Washington. Didn't they have everything prepared at the time the filed their objections?

I hear Texas May be pulling out of the lawsuit .
Correct

I suppose that the DOJ didn't expect AA & US to put up any fight, so they didn't bother to prepare for a trial. Just figured that they would say OK, and walk away with no contest.

Good. Hopefully the others come to their senses and drop out of this stupid lawsuit as well.

I'm with you on that one. The only others besides TX that have me scratching my head are MI & FL. I can somewhat understand PA & AZ jumping on the bandwagon with their concerns over lost jobs and service in PIT & PHX.

Don't forget TN. Although they are pissed off at Delta and taking it out on our merger .

well as the ole saying goes... sh!t happens mem w the cuts cvg with the cuts pit w cuts phx will see cuts but its just a matter of how much if the merger does go thru

with the judge's schedul and the govt shutdown its gonna be real interesting to see what happens and to see how this will play out now

Seems now the Texas AG agrees with what the new American had promised all along!
