I recommend you wait until the East decides to do anything first, but it's your money. Of course justice is a lot like fairness, depends on who you ask. Ask 100 folks in Compton, then 100 in Beverly Hills about the O.J. verdict and see if you get the same answer.

Oh course there is nothing to litigate yet. I am just making the Pilots aware that court is an option should they need it.

I guess you don't understand what West would be taking the East to court for. It would have nothing to do with fairness, windfalls or anything like that. It wouldn't be to interpet the award it would be to enforce the award and to seek damages.

By the way the East thinks they have been wronged but court isn't an option. Or to be exact they wouldn't have a case.

There is nothing more that illustrates the east whining bitterness, it's owed to me self-serving attitude than your post. We already have a lawyer, a crack one at that, and a terrific MC. They are ready and very able to enforce the NMB ruling - it's just a matter of showing up and filing the briefs.

i love reading the treads between the east and west pilots.. the company made you this way... i must say that you west pilots are a bunch of cry babies not the east who gave up to keep an airline with over 60 years of exprience in business to keep you folks with 15 years of experience in business. you do know and you do know that you would have gone out of business if you had not MERGED NOT BOUGHT OUT USAIRWAYS>. your (OURS) ceo said that to the media and it is public record. im in customer service in the east and let me tell you i cant believe that with this computer system we now have that you the LARGEST REGIONAL AIRLINE IN THE COUNTRY.. has survived with this pig.. thank GOD we are stil using SABRE for CLP and weight and blance and you poor cockpit and ops persons in PHX who have been manually doing wgt and balance all these years.. we did not convert to your system on March 4.. because if we had used your system we would have shut this system down that day. i welcome the day when you folks realize that you are now dealing with a BIGGER FISH..in this merger.. we have the 60 years .. our expreience in all aspects of this business will prevail. and hopefully you will learn that your little corner of the world of PHX to LAS and LAS to JFK has now expanded to caribbean latin america europe and many others to come with opportunites for you.. that you ould never have seen without this merger with the BIG GUYS....

As for ALPA National, they table the singing of this until a "blue ribbon" panel of experts can closely examine every aspect of this award, and the possible long term effects to all ALPA represented carriers...

Oh, BTW, your MEC cannot engage, nor can you cannot use ALPA funds, nor can you make an assesment from your membership to pursue any legal action against ALPA.

Does anyone else get the feeling that AQUA-Tuna are some of the only WEST people on here ranting and raving... The best part is, you can obviously see by their words they are scared sh*tless... My suggestion to the west is (take your east brothers serious or you will end up without a job or any seniority...) this situation can get ugly VERY quickly and has every reason to get ugly.. AQUA - i truly hope that you are not revealed - you will have severe consequences to pay for all your insensitivity, and it is just a guess but I am sure you will be blacklisted - at least i sure hope you are...

I don't know how you were raised, but responsible adults don't cower to veiled threats. Nor does a responsible adult lob veiled threats just because they don't like the result of a fair process. If this gets bad lady, then everyone will know where the fault belongs.
