That's right folks - you heard it hear from 320 - United is now SOL because UAIR spurned, shunned, shut out, and saddled United. Glenn and crew departed UAIR HQ saddened and screwed.

I'm having a great time because your lame jabs at UA are so pathetic and off base it's funny. It's really not that hard poking holes in your circular logic. Infact you often contradict yourself from one day to the next. So its pretty easy even for the casual observer.

I know it's hard for you to come to terms with it, but people are laughing at you all over the place. Both on this forum and in real life.

My comments are not jabs at United, it's what is being discussed throughout the industry and just the facts. After 2.5 years in bankruptcy the company will have the second highest industry Q2 loss, it has a huge pension problem with ALPA and the AFA, the company filed a S.1113(e) motion against the AFA because the F/A's may terminate their contract, and a trial scheduled to begin in less than two weeks against the IAM, AMFA, and AFA on May 11. In addition, the company has no equity investment agreement in place and it has not indicated when it will file its business plan, POR, and disclosure statement with the bankruptcy court.

These are not jabs, just the facts. I think it is obvious why US Airways "shunned" United's request for another corporate transaction while the parties met in Crystal City a couple of week's ago and the Arlington-based carrier has moved onto America West, who has publicly stated they are in merger talks with US Airways.

Why don't you discuss United on your forum and stop trying to "shoot the messenger". When would now be a good time for you to grow up and accept the facts?

It may or may not be what is being discussed by the outsiders like yourself. That doesn't change the fact that the people discussing it are just as uninformed as you. Until you can provide a transcript of actual board meetings taking place inside the walls of WHQ, JP Morgan, Citigroup, the PBGC, or UA ALPA meetings like the ones I attend, everything you and other outsiders "talk" about is pure speculation and opinion.

You are confusing the difference between the FACT that people talk, and the OPINIONS, SPECULATIONS, and DESIRES they talk about. But I really don't expect a person like you to understand subtle nuances like that. Fortunately others do.
