Why the hell would someone want to be in an airplane with us having 20 to 30 years experience as pilots? It is obvious that your three years experience trumps us. Good job.C'mon I thought you east pilots had us beat from the beginning with all your experience and wisdom gained while working in the biz for the last 20-30yrs. How is it you can't come back with an intelligent response only insults? Show the AWA "rookies" where we are on wrong on the issues. No emotion or self righteous opinion just facts...

You made it for me right now. Thank you, welcome to the aviation industry.
Naive childUm... I think you skirted the point again. Nobody was talking about anyones skills in the cockpit. At least I wasn't. My point was more along the lines of the issues at hand. The same ones the east pilots don't seem to have an answer for. Or at least they come across as uninterested in debating the facts.
Did your MEC and MC agree to binding arbitration?
Did your MEC and MC understand (you should with all your experience) the potential consequences of binding arbitration?
If the answer is yes then why all the hate and discontent?
Do you blame me and my fellow AWA pilots for your career problems?
Nostradamus:
