I understand attrition very well, do you? Do you understand that roughly half of your attrition is in the FO and furloughed ranks?? I think when all of you feasties hear that number you close your eyes, plug your ears, and mumble la la la la la la, pretending you don't hear it. All you hear is feasties have 200 + retirements/year and falsely assume all of them are vacated captain spots. Get a clue shallow Hal.

So you know this and admit it, OK, now we are getting some where. Now, what quality of life improvement will you have when one of the furloughed retires??? Just what I thought.
