It appears you want me to allow youse guys to ignore the terms of the MOU (that you agreed to) whilst you sue, but you have no intention of extending the same to us should we appeal.

I congratulate you on magnifying the "integrity" of irony. :)
It all depends on what the court(s) order on what the pilots can or cannot do while one side may be pursuing the appeal process.

Has the MOU been triggered yet? If so, who isn't abiding by the terms contained therein?

No it is not. It is contingent in and of itself, and even the merger is contingent on a DOJ lawsuit trial that hasn't started..... Are you trying to magnify Silver's colossal waste of time and money?

What about most of the other west pilots, did they have questions after you read it to them?

Nah, they have access to the transcripts as everyone else. If you can't read, there is the Bradford deposition video............

Us Airways, America West Seniority Dispute rough draft timeline

2005-2006 US Airways, United in merger talks

2005 Us Airways, America West merge

May 2007 Arbitrator George Nicolau’ pilot seniority award was issued. The award was written with the assistance of two ALPA pilot neutrals, Steve Gillen United Airlines Pilot and Jim Brucia former Continental pilot now United Airlines Pilot.

2007 Us Airways pilots ask ALPA to review the award. ALPA president John Prater, former Continental pilot now United Airlines pilot, assigns ALPA vice president Paul Rice, United pilot, to review the award.

December 2007, Paul Rice, United pilot, delivers seniority list to Us Airways.

2007 A group of Us Airways pilots start a drive to start their own in house pilot union.

March 2008 ALPA puts the Us Airways ALPA Mec in trusteeship.

April 2008 In a National Mediation Board sanctioned election, Us Airways pilots oust ALPA and vote in USAPA as their official pilot representative.

May 2008 United calls off merger talk with Us Airways.

June 24, 2008 United Airlines starts furloughing pilots that will eventually lead to 1450 pilots at United on the street. Had a merger occurred using the Nicolau award derived with the assistance of United pilot neutrals, Us Airways pilots would have suffered the brunt of the furloughs and few United pilots would have been affected.

2008 America West pilots sue for DFR against USAPA.

2009 2010 US Airways and United restart merger talks.

April 2010 United Us Airways end merger talks.

June 2010 The 9th circuit court rules in USAPA’s favor.

Like when you will abide by an arbitration process?

That's what I like about you Trader. We always know your game because you are as consistent as a metronome. The west bounces around desperately trying anything because they have no foundation aside from an implicit assumption. :)

Well no, just trying to figure out how/why you are accusing me of not abiding by the terms an agreement that hasn't even commenced yet.

Thanks, I am loved and revered by all, East and West.

Just ask my pals luvthe9 and Claxon. :D

I think there is a duty as in fair representation when a roadshow comes to Phoenix that the pilots making important decisions get ALL the information. Why does it appear that some people may have gone to great lengths to withhold information? People read the information, even those with a college education like myself had questions. After attending the entire trial, I learned of certain facts which should have been disclosed prior to the vote.

Do you need a college education to read the transcripts? Your college education quote is the height of arrogance.

Oh, if you claim to support the MOU as ratified then accept my deepest apologies. ;) if you renounce your affirmation of the MOU as written and only plan to affirm it if it becomes effective, well then what did your vote mean? :D
