How did LOA93 rates drag out the SLI or attaining a JCBA? The only thing dragging out the pilot seniority integration is a continued refusal to accept the NIC and move on.you need many more digits in your countdown clock. If LOA 93 crappy rates dragged this out for 6 1/2 years, how much more so when the MOU rates kick in?
I suspect if we get to that point (DOJ issues) it won't be usapa dragging it out farther but AOL instead. How did LOA93 rates drag out the SLI or attaining a JCBA? The only thing dragging out the pilot seniority integration is a continued refusal to accept the NIC and move on.
The APA seems to have been pretty open in how they anticipate the merger process going. The expect a ratio/slotting methodology for the combined pilot groups; they expect to file for single carrier status within six months of the POR; and theyhave already negotiated the fundamentals of the fully combined CBA by means of the MOU. Other than USAPA trying to delay as much as possible, what's to drag on once the APA achieves single carrier status?

You know, the elderly pickleball players........
Guys like you "render us toothless and declawed".
You're kind of angry for a old guy.
Guys like you spread rabies.
AOL hasn't caused the current delay in attaining a JCBA because it is not within their power to prevent the company or USAPA from completing negotiations. Management says they cannot legally accept a non-NIC list which violates the TA unless a federal court says they will not be jointly liable for USAPA's DFR violations. USAPA says that whatever list they submit is legal and must be accepted contrary to what Management claims to be a substantial liability risk. The west may have made the parties aware of the risk and their resolve to follow through if their rights are ignored, but neither USAPA nor Management has been legally prevented from pursuing a JCBA because of AOL or west pilots.I suspect if we get to that point (DOJ issues) it won't be usapa dragging it out farther but AOL instead.
Hummell should resign. He shouldn't get special treatment like he is getting. End of story.
Management says they cannot legally accept a non-NIC list .....
I have a couple of questions to ask all of the Hummel supporters. If Mike Cleary were in the situation that Hummel is in do you think the company would continue to pay him his regular salary? Or would they pay him using his sick bank? Would the Compass Corruption be fervently supporting Cleary in office at full pay not using sick time? How about the west pilots what would they be saying about Cleary receiving special treatment?

Come on Hummel supporters tell us what you would do if Cleary was in office and had triple bypass surgery collecting full pay. I need a good laugh today!

Complain and see that he screwed the universe but got away with it because it follows the rules. Just like the NIC never being implemented because it follows the rules to not use it unless in an east/west ratified JCBA and not a new merger.
