This is correct. The AMTs who took the buyout ended up with almost $40,000. Compare that to the equity we got along with more concessions and you have the perfect formula for the TWU to get enough yes votes (exactly 48) to carry a contract. Had the buyout not been included in the TA it would not have passed. They took the money and left us with the concessions.
