Departing Athens, and coming up the NE side of Italy, the controllers will not use the word Cactus and call us "Alpha Whiskey Echo 759".

You can whine all you want about the call sign.

It was a former US government call sign. We asked for and received it. That call sign was used all over the world when we flew 747 without a problem until you losers starting using it. Cactus has been used for years taking delivery of new aircraft from Europe. Why is it that only east pilots have a problem?
