I don't know... you tell me... I'm sure you have a rhetorical explanation!

Well you seem to make a lot out of this being a open forum available to God and the world and I'm trying to figure out why that is. What is it about openness that makes you uncomfortable?

You do know the company reads this board?

Dave Siegel when he was CEO was on here, as was Sr VP Chris Chiames, Sr VP Gerry Glass and VP Al Hemenway, as was Bruce Ashby.

Yes, it has been established that the company reads these boards. Great. Now my question remains, what is so sensitive about what we discuss here that that actually matters? Do you not want them to find out how long robbedagain's arbitration is taking?

CJ... I think this has regressed into a revolving conversation... apparently… you have an axe to grind with me-- I'm used to it... take a number… and get in line!

I'm going to take a hiatus, and attempt to think long, deep, and philosophically about all the complex hypothetical inquiries you have thrown at me. When I come to a definitive conclusion, you can message me!

Yer buddy…

Roabilly!

Thanks Harry... you have been in here for a long time, and I value your opinion. Who knows... I may get bored, and go to law school. My sister is almost done with a Masters Degree that she started on at age 47... it's never too late!

Going back to school is hugely rewarding. I did it, and it was one of the best decisions I ever made.

Asking questions and keeping people accountable is not dissent. Criticism is not dissent. In a truly democratic organization these should be valued, not suppressed.

I have no axe to grand with you. I do not know you or of you beyond what you post here. I have never suspected you of being whom you've always expressed yourself to be, and I've never questioned your loyalty or dedication to the membership. Even if I don't share your opinions I understand and appreciate your motives. This goes for both you and 700 really.

I might suggest taking some of that time to consider a correlation between the lack of solidarity and the unwillingness to tolerate differences of opinion.

Bottom line is IAM is scare of losing the mechanics and related to AMFA or IBT aka UA….. IAM leadership is very focus on this threat. A lot of resources at play and now UA agents have put IAM leadership in their place. Just think if the IAM put out the final proposals to the membership and said this all the company is willing to offer. Same for the US agents. This alone would rally the troops I just don’t understand the secrets before the vote. This alone would rally the troops.

The IAM is 'not for long' if it continues to put politics ahead of the membership. Our NC, non agc's, need to stick together and demand more of a relationship with the other IAM district instead of the IAM making us all look like jackasses to your company. By John john's reasoning, the only way IAM141 will get up off of its ass is if there is a raid. Why hasn't IAM141 asked for a release? What can anyone expect when the NC has their collective fingers up their asses and have NOT done any prelim???? regards,
