Meanwhile investigators remain silent on the questions regarding Adam Lanza's reported history of psychiatric medications.
It hasn't been leaked yet, HIPPA don't mean squat.
Meanwhile investigators remain silent on the questions regarding Adam Lanza's reported history of psychiatric medications.
Someone hasn't paid a file clerk enough to leak it yet?
We know in vivid detail what guns Lanza used, how many shots he got off, where they landed and all.
Where is the media reports on what med's and why was this kid on them?
I may have missed the report or was there one?
Hmmm....I wonder how you guys would react to a question when purchasing a gun..."is anyone in the household on psychiatric medications". If the answer is "yes", then a little closer look is in order. BUT....that's a violation of your second amendment rights. It's better to sell the gal her gun and take her medicated son to the shooting range for "family bonding time", and after he goes bonkers, blame the meds and procalim that the mom should have exercised better "personal responsiblity".

Conceal is different from Mr. Bonkers buying his bushmaster from you at the loc VFW hall turned into gun show. Have cash, get gun.
If we had those checks for every sale, we would chip away at some dumb asses getting guns. Would it have stopped the latest? Most likely not.Yeah but the parameters they look at are very similar to where they looking on an instacheck for a purchase.
Well Dell, those are all nice questions and such, but I notice that the questions all refer to "you". Not "is anyone in your family a #### homicidal maniac who is on antidepressants and/or other psychotic mediacations". Because that question SHOULD be there. If it were, perhaps there wouldn't have been guns in the homes for the Columbine shooter or the Sandy Hook shooter. And I would include Ritalin or Adderal in those drugs. If a kid in the house is being treated with psychotic medications, guns should not be allowed in the house. If mom and dad can't handle junior off the meds, then they shouldn't be allowed to own guns.

They don't sell guns to the house........to the individual.
Now we're going down a slippery Constitutional slope.
First prove those meds turn everyone into homicidal maniacs.
Now you want to go into the living room and evaluate ma and pa.
Too easy KC.......no chance the doctors prescribing these meds should be looked at?
Or your government whose free med programs prescribe these modern miracles?
Where you going with this now?
