If you have the members names and addresses then what else to you need for the election, what else would AMFA need?

You seem to forget, who is doing the complaining and who is talking in fearful terms? It is you twuer and your leader.

It appears to me that someone pulled one over on both AA and the TWU, and they are now both, together in way to deep to save any face.

The NMB has never been faced with such outright blatant FRAUD. And neither the TWU or AA has ever faced a group mechanics like this that will not tolerate the Status Quo, BS, Ass Kissing, Anymore!

The fact is, when we are going to battle up against lying, cheating, unethical, dirty bastards, someone has to stand up and fight fire with fire to win.

I don't know who that someone is, but I am damn proud he or she is not my enemy.

TWU leadership is doing nothing more than whining about the fact that someone has taken the battle to the next level, and will not tolerate the BS anymore.

The latest I am hearing is that a female employee was required by a high level management person that we all know to "INFLATE" the list. This person did as asked but resigned from AA shortly thereafter. Amazingly she has now contacted AMFA with the truth. I bet he doesn't leave with any bonuses when this is over.

Let Jim Little bring on the battle, and watch the complete castle and the bed of whores all be taken down in one legal swoop.

I think both the TWU Leadership and AA Mangement are in for an expsoure that will lead to many terminations. Meanwhile stupid Jim is writing whining letters to ALL LOCAL PRESIDENTS.

You fools think the material that was just offered is something beyond belief, wait until the next stage. No wonder there is NO Accountability at AA, the Union Thugs and the AA Management Finks are covering each other asses. But now someone with a conscious comes forward and will turn the whore house into a unbelievable accountable house of cards.

Amfa filed paperwork with the NMB last week, in those records their referring to the AA auto TA. Time and attendance. In the 22 pounds of documents they claim to have provided has information that requires a special access code which the typical mechanic does not have access to.

There are two explanations. One is; Amfa ilegally obtained the information, in which case an investigation will be done and the employee (s) will have the appropriate action done.

Second explanation, the company gave the information to Amfa while denying the TWU the same access. In this case, Amfa is in a losing situation. Their claims of over inflating numbers have no merit! And shows a direct link of deception and lies!

In either case, AA, NMB and the TWU all have certified copies of the organizers who signed and authenticated the documents they provided. In this case they could very well be in court explaining how they obtained confidential records.

We welcome the courts involvement in this unbelievable act of fraud. The question is, do the guilty parties have the nads to force that action and face the truth? My bet is they all just bark and are afraid to bite.

Any logical minded person would realize that openly providing such data, is without a doubt a risky move. Unless of course the truth is so unbelievable that the NMB, AA, TWU, and AMFA has never witnessed the likes of what has occurred.

What if the person responsible no longer works for AA, and simply had enough of the unethical behavior. Let's say she had enough and in an unprecedented act of defiance against the evil doers, that she laid the golden egg and awaits the party coming soon to a party near you.

In other words, only a stupid person would make such a risky and open disclosure without a solid answer to the questions that are sure to arise.

Some may disagree with the Seham firm, but stupid does not describe that firm.
