Amfa's Attempt To Deceive!

You, Dave and TA need to be in the same room! Outsource all the work! It does'nt matter!

What a smart comment!
You really have a problem with the truth, don't you?

Is that why you lie all the time? So you do not have to face the TWU sucks truth?

"The range of management tactics varies widely between "subtle" and "blatant" attempts to defeat attempts to organize the workforce. On the one hand are the "subtle" strategies. For example, to conduct a successful certification campaign, the union would need access to all employees. To obtain such access, unions would require comprehensive lists of all employees, which are presumably ony obtainable from the employer." The union and its members, pg42

"Although illegal, employers can choose to provide inaccurate or incomplete lists."
The union and its members, pg43

"Another subtle procedural strategy that management can use is to deliberately delay the certification campaign." The union and its members, pg 43

"...our contention that the union voting unit should be broadened to include the truckers, the farmhands, the quarry workers and the Kentucky miners. That was good news, and a key to our ultimate victory. The expansion added about 150 souls to the roster of eligible voters, which meant more work for union organizers."
Confessions of a union buster, pg24

"Once a union voting unit is established and the election date is set, federal labor law requires the employer to provide the union with the names and home addresses of all eligible employees. That law, which grew out of a 1966 U.S. Supreme court decision, was intended to give unions easier access to the employees they are attempting to organize. But a good union buster knows how to pervert the intent. When I prepared the list (called the Excelsior list, for the company Excelsior Underwear, Inc., involved in the landmork court ruling), I did so meticulously; I provided the minimum information legally required while withholding enough details to frustrate union officers in their hunt for employees. I never included first names, for example, only the first initial. I listed the employee's house number and street, as required, but always was sure to leave out apartment numbers and street designations such as street, Avenue, Drive, or Place. I never included zip codes. Such a skeletal list guaranteed that some employees would not be found and that the union would take an inordinately long time finding others." Confession of a union buster, pg25

Look at the Facts: its not AMFA had too little cards, Its AA Has too many packed in the elgibilty list!

UNION BUSTER = AA

Whoa, is cio wigging??????

"You guys filed short"!!!!!! "You guys don't have enough cards"!!!!! Whhhhhhaaaaaaa!!!! "I demand to see your card list"!!!!!!! Waaaaaaahhhh!!!!! "I know more than you think"!!!!!! "I swear I do"!!!!!!!! Waaaaaahhhhhhhhhh!!!!!!

Step away from the keyboard cio, call your therapist and tell him its an emergency, you must get your meds restocked and a session right away!

Are you going to make it though this process cio? I hope you don't get any worse when the election comes. We want you around when the end of the twu is celebrated.

A gala event you sure don't want to miss.

Thanks to TWU concessions CIO can't afford his THERAPIST or PROZAC anymore. His TEAMtwu negotiated health plan won't cover his PREEXISTING CONDITION of being downright STUPID either.

twuer, Exactly what job is cio great at? The only ones on the run is the twu international and their paid stools. Continue to hide behind your alias. It will not prevent the NMB from authorizing an election. An election the twu will lose.

GO AMFA!

Thanks Twuer!

As Delle and many others have indicated they believe there is no way of telling! Speculation is abundant at this point in time! How much has Delle given you lately for your undivided support? Paid organizer at its best! What is your website again?

Oh yes! The chief organizers are singing a different tune now-a days! I have even seen them wearing anti-Amfa pins! The Track record is catching up with Amfa!

Just for your Information; Amfa organizers and Amfa National will never tell you the accurate number they filled with! Why? Because they plan on doing an mss-information campaign to try and get the members pissed off in the future about the list of names! Truth is Amfa has included the same members on their list! Will they admit this openly? Of course not! Are we United Airlines? No! Different time and place! But keep trying!

In AMFA’s attempt to divert attention to their inability to collect enough interest! Amfa has chosen to contest the filing of the list AA supplied to the NMB. Read carefully the rhetoric and remember the previous posts on this site and you will see it has no merit!

Is this whining at its best?

Many of the same people they have mentioned, are the same groups they have solicited themselves to inflate their numbers! Is this deception and half-truths at its best! Or just double-talking?

The plot thickens! Desperation has set in! Expect more rhetoric to come!
I have a Question for Amfa?

When the NMB rules on the objections Amfa has submitted! Will Amfa post the response for everyone to see?

We received a response with a TWO WEEK extension for objections to the e-list today from the NMB. Along with some other useful information that we needed to know.

I don't think that I will post a copy. The TWU was provided the same letter as I have...

...Why is it that you find yourself dependent on AMFA Organizers for your information? Doesn't the TWU share ALL information with its membership, and you? :p

You serve no purpose on this bulletin board except to fish for information and data, because your own leadership keeps you in the dark.

GO FISH, CIO.

Thanks for the Info!

I take it, it was not in your favor! So why post it?

Was an extension granted to collect cards?

Its odd, even the organizers here in Tulsa believe the paperwork you were so willing to pass out was a joke!

Fishing, I don't think so! To cold out! But I will eat the fish I caught the other day! Thanks for asking!

As always! Have a great TWU afternoon! We all will have many more in the future!

Since it's obvious Dave was so upset about the letter and has refused to post it!

Here is a copy for everyone to see!

Response to Amfa from NMB!

Extension granted for objections 2 weeks

Additional cards submited for 5 weeks denied!

I notice that CIO is now dependent on AMFA National for information.

It is a true testimony to AMFA openess, that he has to use AMFA sources to be informed and he now uses that resource to inform the readers. Welcome to real unionism CIO! How come you cannot link to any TWU site with the info?

Good news, we have discovered who the "GHOST" are and we do not need more time for card collection, but the two week extension will suffice for us to put together the complete objection submission. We now know that we have enough cards for the election, regardless of the decision on other group and individual protest in the works. The Ghost removal alone will put us over the top, and there is NO QUESTION about that group now.

Shame on AA and the TWU for what was attempted.

Wait until you readers all get to see the facts on the GHOST riders on the AA submitted e-list.

HAVE AN AMFA DAY, Because you will be having many more SOON!

  Oh Happy Days!

Well there you have it AMFA has got an extension on the eligibility list that is really all they wanted, being able to add more cards was not that big of a deal they just wanted to remove people from the list who should not be on the list and the reason is not because there are not enough cards but because we do not want Pilots and Managment or other ineligible people to vote in this election, We want only people in our craft and class to vote int the election and that is more than reasonable, it is Conceivable that many ineligible people such as Managment personnel would not vote for AMFA so why would we wanting them on the voting eligibility list
We would not and you know this CIO so stop acting stupid, only a real idiot would not know what is going on with this list.

United pulled the same stunt but it backfired on them.

Also CIO you mentioned that the TWU may challenge the list as well <_<
I am sure they will so stop crying about the eligibility list.
