Well the Company has the ultimate tool dispell any rumors that are floating around out there if they want if they’re not true? They know very well what those rumors are cause they monitor every Social Media site out there.

If the Unions are BS us and getting us to hate the Company then let’s hear from them I say. Where are they? I haven’t heard anything out of them but crickets and Paper Talk in Circus Road Shows.

There’s a good reason we’re not hearing from the Company IMO.

Correct, the company knows that we speak the facts! I saw Palladini last week when we were leafleting passengers, she came up and asked what was being handed out to passengers. I told her that the company wanted to put us on the garbage LAA insurance and outsource our work. She said the company hasn't outsourced since 2005.

This is how they think, you retire, we don't fill the spot, that's not outsourcing. They are really that blunt about it. It's effing bs!

I have never met anyone so out of touch with reality, there is not one thing you predictated that has occured. I cant imagine anyone with any type of insight briefing you on any thing, no less of importance. Do people laugh with you at work, or at you? Again that’s the problem I’m currently having with this Company. I think I’m pretty smart myself and when I think someone’s trying to blow smoke up my ass thinking I’m stupid it really pisses me off. It’s insulting.

I can see they’re trying to get me to sell out my work on the cheap. Maybe we all do have a price at the end of the day but they’re going to need to do a lot better if they maybe want to reach what might be my price.

ts time that we vote. Members need to see the offer, compare it to United and Delta to determine if its good. You recommended the United contract and I see this one is better.

I believe that there is a post contract issue brewing and it is the Association that is at fault. It is my opinion that this is eroding any solidarity within the rank and file for the future. The Association is creating a split between the Mechanic and Related and Fleet Service. By trying to preserve the LUS insurance and headcount of the IAM etc...a wedge is developing that will cause the Mechanics to leave.

This guy has ZERO personal working contacts with any IAM Members much less speaks to any of the Negotiators probably on either side and yet in his mind everybody is fighting each other.

The headcount in total MX at LAA is dramatically higher than it is in LUS.

The Company is looking to reduce headcount in all areas across the board.

TWU has near 20,000 of the overall 30,000 in the Association. So Buck again has no clue what he’s talking about.

gen be specific with me. Exactly and precisely where do you see currently that it’s the IAM who is in charge of the Negotiations and making the decisions for both groups?

Personally from reading the updates I see the “issues” as being issues that concern all of us or at least should.

But let’s take this approach then since you feel they’re wagging our Dog.

If tomorrow we could nueter the IAM and put them in a Penalty Box and put tape over their mouths for the remainder of the game what do you think would happen?

Wasn't the headcount around 1500. I would think both sides would be included.

Looks like your truthful comment got reported I wonder by who??
By the same person who continues to report people when someone makes him look bad, proved him wrong or don't agree with his theories.
