One of your enemies who i havent seen in a while pointed out they are holding back a contract that would likely.pass.For the record the last offer or highlite sheet would have to be tweaked for me to vote yes but im.also cool in.this case with what the majority wants...dont really have a choice do i

When our Negotiators agree to send something back to us I’ll make my decision then how I’ll vote. Yes or No I will absolutely respect the will of the Majority.

That’s even if I advocated against them and lost.

As much as I’m sure many would think otherwise it really isn’t about what I want and I know that.
 
They make it publicly known they want to throw us out w outsourcing .Despite record profits. They said we deserve industry leading pay but obviously their actions prove otherwise. Thefe is no comparison btwn AA n DL n UA n WN. AA continues to be more like Spirit. AA deliberately shows no concern for employees or customers alike. Tbey have a total disregard for us employees n customers. So many things but ill leave it here. That update does not shock me one dam bit as it is n sadly will always be the mentality of AA mgmt towards labor employees n customers . Sorry if u cant see it this way but i can n i do. I do know there are faults on both sides but i blame AA mgmt idiots moreso because they have shown nothing but total lack of respect foe employees n the passengers
It took LUVS amts 7 years to get a contract think they were loved.Ill tell you what are you willing to go to dls pay and work rules or uals??? The company would give you that tomorrow same with.LUVs contract.Be careful.what you wish for do you see how many mode employees we have than DL with close to the same revenue.Folks be realistic

That’s why I asked back a bit how many future heads are we willing to sacrifice today because other Airlines maybe do more with less?

I personally think you guys on the LUS side work TOO hard and I know Delta and SWA absolutely do.

Actually the kids are always trying to push me aside to do it for me and I don’t let them.

BTW Al like I said. There’s a difference between working and killing yourselves. The LUS crews that work on D40 all look like they’re dying. They’re very nice people but they’re all disheveled and about to fall over when you go to talk to them.

They’re always complaining to me about how they don’t get lunch either. (Your Contract language)

You can’t go by what’s said on Tim’s page where he knocks off ever dissenting voice. Come over to Duffy’s page where he doesn’t knock off anyone (except Tim) and read what those people have to say.

Didnt see anything he posted that would get him banned. Nothing personal but ive seen you post things that were questionable. No i think its more a case of typical iam support. Zero,zip,nada. Question them and they tend to get busy and dissapear.

have 5300 members and it is uncensored. Various opinions. I think most twu Local presidents are on there. Alot of union pollyannas along with hundreds of realists who want to vote now.

To be realistic n honest ill vote NO on any contract that has outsourcing. My vote is 1 vote only. Good ole uncle parker stated DL plus 7 .Then DL plus 3. Now he never mentions it. He clearly stated ramp job is not a career n he backs it up w outsourcing. Secondly he pretty much sends similar msg to mtr groups by saying similar. All the reason we all must be united n stand up to those freaking donkeys who have shown absolute and completely utterly total disregard n disrespect to the employees who go above n beyond to make AA flights go out on time

its gonna be a $2 pay raise. I think thats around $33 so its a bit more than delta +3%..But still you have a valid point. Parker claimed delta + 7 but imputed 4% for giving us profit sharing which was only 1.4%. He gave our stews delta + 7% and thats really what we could have expected if the union didnt blow its wad early
