Al simple question. From what you know without the fine print do you like what the Company is offering for Fleet Service and if yes, why?

I didnt say if i like anything im.fine status quo for the next 8 years but you know a strike or job action wont take
 
They were lucky they didn't have to wheel out their tool chests,dont make out like they were heroes they were chitting their pants and even crying all cause they listen to one guy Union.mentality lemmings
I mean you got a wife and kids and your going to risk your job listening to a union ahole come on i got a mind of my.own and that tells me to do whats best for my family
 
Boeing737 driver. The true sad part is its us/hp mgmt ruining AA . Despite profits they just dont give a f.. about the real hard working men n women at AA n it clearly shows. Glad you got a deal . I dont see us getting a deal anytime soon. Mgmt clowns disrespect us n it shows
 
Jim Jones had a big flock too,didn’t turn out to well for them.
Difference is we all have minds of our own and are not listening to a union that has us in.limbo for the last few years and more of the same for years to come

Under any other circumstances I might agree with you that I’m fine with the status quo as well. But this isn’t going to go on for the next 8 years even if maybe that’s your desire. You’ve already done 41 years (Wow 41 F’n years) status quo and eventually we all need to move.

There are items that the TWU wants
There are items that the IAM wants and
There are items that the Company wants.

Eventually we have to reach consensus for all 3.

The difficulty in moving forward to gain a deal doesn’t come as much from having to fight the Company as it does having to fight a portion of our own who have there own “individual” wants that supersedes our own Negotiators.

Always been this way though I suspect.

One of your enemies who i havent seen in a while pointed out they are holding back a contract that would likely.pass.For the record the last offer or highlite sheet would have to be tweaked for me to vote yes but im.also cool in.this case with what the majority wants...dont really have a choice do i

And whether you care for it or wish to participate or not doesn’t stop the fact of things occurring. Be they protesting, picketing, safety observances or even that other “unmentionable” phrase.

You say that it won’t be expedited by actions but SWA Management sure did back off some of their wants pretty quick when action was happening.

Look Al I do understand that you feel dinging the Company or the hand that feeds you is not how you were brought up. Honestly I’m sorry that it’s not all about you though and I’m even more sorry that this appears to be the way this has to be.

They make it publicly known they want to throw us out w outsourcing .Despite record profits. They said we deserve industry leading pay but obviously their actions prove otherwise. Thefe is no comparison btwn AA n DL n UA n WN. AA continues to be more like Spirit. AA deliberately shows no concern for employees or customers alike. Tbey have a total disregard for us employees n customers. So many things but ill leave it here. That update does not shock me one dam bit as it is n sadly will always be the mentality of AA mgmt towards labor employees n customers . Sorry if u cant see it this way but i can n i do. I do know there are faults on both sides but i blame AA mgmt idiots moreso because they have shown nothing but total lack of respect foe employees n the passengers
