No i didnt think they would have got what i got. Not sure what personal disappointments you are talking bout as ive crossed off my entire bucket list and have been incredibly blessed in my life.
Just saying that they dont need to pay union dues for that. Thats not a labor contract, its really just a company policy they are paying for.

in ndgotiations, if you dont get things in your first contract, its harder to get, or even keep things in a second contract. Fairness doesnt have to wait 7 years for them cuz they actually could strike.

Those people right now in those schitty jobs are just going to go to work until they find something better and tell both ENVOY and the CWA to take their crap job and shove it up their poopers.

Did you know AMFA never let the mechanics vote on NW’s final offer, nor did the take a strike vote and took them out on strike?

that contract sets them back 7 more years. only 20% make it to top out. No reason to be union with that mess.
 
And USAPA fired him over billing irregularities and a lawyer in his firm being romantically involved with USAPA’s VP Randy Mowery.

It is bad. It’s underperforming, retirees outweigh participants by a large amount, and more. They’ve already cut back future benefits at least once, and just recently made another unilateral change preventing retirees from collecting if employed elsewhere under certain circumstances. These are not myths or some sort of conspiracy theory; these are all items the plan has notified us (plan participants) of in writing.

here is the last part. Pretty much he just cuts and paste his last dozen fairy tales talking about company not appreciating us. When has the company appreciated us? If Mr Baskett is saying that he wants us to go without raises for 7 years (and lets hope the economy stays hot) then he will have few takers cuz the company offer isnt going to change.
