From the email Mark Baskket sent out yesterday its a no shocker the mgmt wants wants wants but absolutely refuses to even appreciate all of us hard working folks who do the actual jobs in ensuring safety n on time departure . Furthermore its clearly mgmt at AA wants the low morale n not get the synergies . Question is how long does the BOD put up w those clowns before demanding regime change. It seems the FAs want him gone

And now the Communists in the United States cannot stand the President, perhaps you are a little confused.
And now the Communists in the Russia LOVE the President, perhaps you are a little confused.

Lol. No of course not. Look I don’t know if the deal is good or not since this is their first contract and I’ve always thought the most important thing to have in a contract is the Legal protections to keep your job.

I don’t like that none of these Commuter Airline contracts have a crossover agreement to help these people get over to the Mainline if they want and start making the big money. And I don’t like that they don’t have any Scope which means they’ll always have sub contractors nipping at their heels.

But it’s their agreement to vote on.

you and your "first contract" bullchiat.
Like there is a penalty for goin union. Its all bs. This "first" contract is a 7 yr contract that only benefits the cwa treasury. That whole first contract narrative is union bs.
Dont get me wrong, the iam will pull that at delta as well but there isnt any ladder or pecking order to stand in line for fair things.

Give me a break Tim. Do you really think without Airport minimums or State Laws that the Company would ever give these people raises? Life isn’t fair Tim and you of all people know that with your Mountain of personal disappointments you have to live with.

Compared to what you and I get does that contract suck big time? Of course it does. But did you really think they were going to get a deal like you and I got? If you do then I got a bridge you just have to look at that I’m trying to offload on some big sucker like yourself. (Cashiers check only)

No i didnt think they would have got what i got. Not sure what personal disappointments you are talking bout as ive crossed off my entire bucket list and have been incredibly blessed in my life.
Just saying that they dont need to pay union dues for that. Thats not a labor contract, its really just a company policy they are paying for.

in ndgotiations, if you dont get things in your first contract, its harder to get, or even keep things in a second contract. Fairness doesnt have to wait 7 years for them cuz they actually could strike.

You're right I don't trust them, to many stories, not much success. Tell me if you hired a lawyer and he or she renegotiated for over 6 years, and took six months to have a vote for you to consider, and in all that time you got a pay raise, but nothing else, would you keep the lawyer or fire him?

I hired no one, all of us that worked the drive hired him and some of his work I believe was Pro Bono.

I just posted an article in full. It's called an URL.

Resolution:

A settlement agreement ordered the defendants to repay $200,000 to the fund and pay $40,000 in civil money penalties. The order also requires the plan trustees to take the following actions to protect fund participants from future violations of the Employee Retirement Income Security Act:

  • Within 30 days of entry of the order, adopt the new manager and consultant selection policy, which mandates that the plan trustees use a three-part search process for selecting an investment consultant or investment manager.
  • Engage in a new search process for a new general investment consultant for the fund, and hire an independent search consultant to conduct a comprehensive and objective request for proposal process for this search.
  • Amend the fund’s code of conduct and ethics to prohibit the same person from acting as both an investment consultant and investment manager for the fund.
  • Amend the fund’s record retention policy to hold records relating to the hiring or firing of any investment consultant or manager for six years.

NEXT?

You didn't answer my question , the lawyer was a metaphor for our Union. No industrial unions under AMFA wing. We are locked with this lawfirm because AMFA grew from his father, and he basically inherited the business. Your 2003 situation is because American went bankrupt, and that's the hand your union was dealt. You guys could have easily faught and ended up like Northwest with nothing. The SWA situation is completely different , profitable for 45 years, almost like the situation Teamsters has with UPS , they have a superior contract to ours! So again if your representation had a profitable company that never went bankrupt negotiated for over 6 years, and basically got you a raise, and wanted you to keep trusting their leadership would you?
So Seham cannot leave if he chose to do so?

If you enjoy wasting your money so much maybe you might be interested in the other bridge I have for sale? (Cashiers check only)
