Obama may have been the worst but thankfully Trump nixed the TPP deal which would have been a disaster for unions cuz of the strange and terrible proposal. At any rate, NAFTA wiped out 80% of the MX jobs in this industry. Thanks Clinton.

I thought everything is disclosed at AMFA? The cost of the contract won't be greater if you drag it out, but you can rearrange its parts. How does Seham fit into this? He is a pretty sharp guy.

I think AMFA at SWA is right up your alley for what you’ve been looking for to start your empire?

They only got 2300 over there. It shouldn’t take you longer than 3 months to get those cards signed IMO.

I have no desire to be a part of raiding a democratic union. Nor am I interested in anything here at American except maybe CWA which is worthless entirely. But as long as reasonable posters like John John still support them then I doubt there is much interest in progress over there.

AMFA claims ETOPS checks are our work. When we get ETOPS Aloha Air Cargo will be the contractor for the ETOPS pre departure checks back from Hawaii. AMFA will sue to block it, claiming our work, per Article 2 scope on line checks. Part of the contract we rejected was we would do the pre departure checks from the 48 Continental United States.So contract or no contract, SWA will use contractors in Hawaii.

More IAM lies. Fa never saw the proposal. The "When and Where" does not apply to any current job other than catering and lavs. My understanding is that they want to incorporate the language from both United and LUS regarding Supervisors doing work in emergencies. Although the company almost never invokes that at LUS (Although it does at United), the emergencies are few and far between. I told Sito not to put that language in his United agreement or it will come back and haunt us here but he didn't listen and said it was no big deal.

But, Fa never saw the offer. Guaranteed based on what he said.
