The facts get in his way

We been in a bk contract sense 2003 so what’s your point .
The facts get in his way
the pbgc took over us-air. Ours is frozen don’t let the facts get in your way

Dude... what is your point? GVP posted legitimate, and accurate answers to all of the assertions, and even included links to collaborate his position...
This has to be red-herring to throw the thread back into the DBP argument...

However, all hope is not lost, Tim's start-up union will save the day. There will even be a free tin-foil hat with every card signed...

GVP,700, Lavman, and other of the same likeness, spruce up the page, so no need to report GVP, but like his previous handles, he has shown that he is full of hot air, nevertheless he has been more entertaining and he must have learned from Weez because he has grown a sense of humor.

What do you think the new update will be? I'm thinking, "we exchanged scope proposals and there is more progress".
Fly seems to think things will wrap up soon as all parties been moving right along. Told me to put in my transfer. I'll do it on Monday and I'm almost certain I'll get a call before March. I put in for all of Florida and something will pop up for sure. Hiring season!

As far as "My" union, you are mistaken. I helped assist in the creation of a constitution. I wish them the best.
(edit: Fly didn't "Tell me" to put in my transfer, I asked about transferring and Fly seemed to indicate that there will be more flexibility with this prior to a JCBA, so that's why I'm putting in my transfer now. I'm certain that I will land in a nice sunny spot in Florida almost immediately after I put in my transfer)

Id rather be 18 with day one seniority than 60 in may with 41 years but thats me

that's tough. with the shale oil revolution, i'd rather be 18 and brand new - with delta. delta, along with some other airlines, have decided to share oil windfalls with their employees and shareholders. not aa. no sharing with employees.

too bad the shale people didn't make their tech breakthroughs decades ago. you never would have lost your pension.

a few years ago, i saw an amoco tv commercial from 1979-1980 and amoco told us the future was inside the rock the presenter was holding. no one paid attention.

Wasting your time with Conehead777. He believes only what he wants to believe.

Hopefully, you will land MIA,so Weez can keep on eye on your clandestine activities...
My bet is you'll try to get a smaller, less visible assignment elsewhere...

Isn't that true with most people? Most people believe what they are told and 'want' has nothing to do with it. Ignorance is Bliss!

Absolutely. Sometimes I admit it’s interesting to watch how many idiots there are out there that follow the things you tell them just because you say it over and over until you’ve beaten their minds into submission.

Propaganda is a powerful tool and why CNN, FOX, and MSNBC have their sheep.

Please don’t wish Nelson on me. I haven’t done anything to deserve him landing in my city.

As a matter of fact Tim please stay out of FLL too cause I might want to go there in the future.

Weez... he or she that controls the majority of minds will rule with absolute power... see Gaslighting below...

Gaslighting is a form of psychological manipulation that seeks to sow seeds of doubt in a targeted individual or in members of a targeted group, making them question their own memory, perception, and sanity.

This is true in religion, and politics (Ask Tim) Hitler used it to "Make Germany Great Again"... and you know the rest of the story...

admittedly, I'm wanting to take up fishing for Peacock Bass which is only found in South Florida unless I want to go outside the USA. Excited to purchase a big bass boat with my savings from this miserable democratic tax stranglehold called Illannoy. I should bag around $10,000 extra a year by coming to Florida. I really want RSW but I was told that isn't going to happen. So, I know that our negotiators won't be getting that so I had to cross that one off my list of possible places to put down on my request. TPA would be nice and anywhere else in Florida including MCO, with the exception of JAX. Like I said, I'll put my list in on Monday and I'm certain I will be getting a call prior to the end of the month. So, tell your friend in FLL that I don't think he understands.

At any rate, I want to ask you a few questions about a topic that you have engaged in, i.e., Southwest Mechanics. I admit I really don't read those conversations on here but from what I understand, they turned down a TA. I can respect that if they want to stay in their current contract indefinitely. But it's been 7 years.
So, without any knowledge, I'm assuming the NMB has them on ice until they sign the last best offer? That's how a lot of LUS feel about their health care, they would rather just keep what they have and forego wage increases and monster benefit increases only to pick up a nickel by stepping over a dollar bill.

I have too much seniority to stay in ORD when I can walk around in MIA looking at all of the nice babes in the hallways while I sip on my dunkin donuts coffee I just purchased on D42. That may be why Weez works around those gates.

Not really worried about a place since I've done pretty well financially. I'm guessing I'd have to move quickly and find a place, so I may get stuck in a hotel for a few months before I find a place.

Association Negotiations Update

American Struggles To Say Yes

Throughout this week, the Association Executive Negotiating Committee members continued to present reasonable proposals in an effort to reach a JCBA. While some conversations discussed across the bargaining table seemed to reach “supposal agreements in principle,” written proposals returned from the Company continued to revert to their take-it or leave-it positions. In other words, the Company could not find their way to “yes” without a caveat giving them unilateral rights to do whatever they want.

At the direction of the mediators, discussions centered largely on the Fleet Service Scope and Classification, M&R/MLS Field Trip Procedures, and the Duration Article. A tentative agreement was reached on the Duration Article; however, pay raises beyond the amendable date were shifted to wage discussions.

We closed the week without significant progress on resolving the Fleet Scope issues. Your negotiating committee remains firm in protecting the work we do in the locations that we do that work. That commitment was strongly conveyed to the Company. We are hopeful the Company recognizes that we need to protect our work and will come prepared to get that done in our next session in Washington, D.C.

The full negotiating committees were in Ft. Lauderdale to support, provide input, and caucus with the Executive Negotiating Committee; including real-time updates throughout the day. The Association remains committed to achieving the compensation, healthcare, retirement, and job security that our members deserve. Your continued support and solidarity are both appreciated and necessary to reach the JCBA you rightfully deserve.

Fraternally,

Your Association Negotiating Committees
