doesnt make sense since the union refused to file section 6.

Both the Association and the Company are now firmly within the timeframe that either could file the formal Section 6 notification with the NMB and thus far have not initiated that process.

The reason being would have to be surmised that despite any rhetoric there is still continuing movement.

Tim almost everything you do is exclusively about the agenda but that’s irrelevant to the conversation.

You DO NOT love the chest pounding or any idea of a 3 - 5 year more (LMFAO) dragout. YOU are losing dramatic sums of money and money that you desperately can use to shore up your retirement accounts as each day ticks by.

Like myself the Medical issue for you is not a top tier concern since we both are on the Single plans. (And they don’t do Catering in ORD either)

Coming back to this comment that the Association should be more forthcoming. I’ll concede that there are many out there who have little to no trust for the Association and with good reason.

But the fact is the Company has shown that they have and will defend their position if they feel the Association is lying about what they’ve proposed.

So far they have not responded to any of these accusations against them regarding Scope so that leads me to believe the Association is not lying.

Obviously if now “talks” have come down to just that “talks” and items aren’t being put in writing any longer it makes it impossible for either side to show us anything as proof even if they ever actually would.

Oh and also the fact that this is now down to just “TALKS” means this is getting very close to the finish line.

According to the last 2 updates you are 100% correct. Until they put it in writing it's nothing but talk and a way to stall real progress without passing proposals. Scope is a great example of this. Scope was talked about and talked about, now, they yanked it right back off the table. Just more stall tactics by the company.

Since the company hasnt decided, at this time, to eliminate those things, its hard to imagine the World War that Mr Baskett wants.
