To answer your question the best I can. I think we should protect all existing work that we have, before you worry about other stations. I would prefer to open up some stations we were once in, but first priority imo is to protect everything we have now.

Besides getting rid of catering and some cargo jobs, and also to attrition down to much lower numbers than today, the company’s scope proposal is basically agreeing to loading and unloading aircraft and all other work will be under the “ when and where directed” wording. Meaning it can be taken from you at anytime.
Ex: Today we are working 175,s in several locations under that language. But this work since it’s under the when and where directed, could be took from our group at anytime by the company.

Our position is we are trying to protect all work currently being performed today in our 40 combined stations as well as restaff some stations. So maybe this better explains the gap between the two proposals.

Been flirting with elections inside the constitution ever since to try to broaden democracy. Ill do one more thing to exhaust working inside the constitution by next week. Then start working outside it again. i wont be messing with the assoc weez until or after a jcba. We need one union then, preferably the twu.

I’m 56 years old with a little angel of a 5 year old at home that occupies all my time when I’m not working. So this forums page takes a very back seat to her. If this goes to section 6 might as well not wait the association will be at its weakest point and quite vulnerable in my opinion.AMTs are making excellent headway
