Again that’s pretty much accurate from what I see actually being on and walking the Fleet Ramp. I get asked many questions with very few of them being inquisitive about the Association. For the most part it seems what I do is correct misinformation that comes from too many different directions sometimes even unfortunately straight out of my own Local.

Most that I speak with are resigned to being patient for the process to play itself out and are honestly fairly satisfied at this moment.

You’ll always have your soap box loudmouths in every crowd though that maybe get more attention than they deserve.
Hell, the way some of these these guys talk, I though they were burning cars at the union hall...

All one has to do is monitor the Facebook responses after an Association update is posted. There are about a half dozen regulars who complain after every post. It’s always the same names and there responses almost come off as canned.

But Piedmont don’t misconstrue that I’m saying that some of the criticisms aren’t unwarranted.

The updates can be more fleshed out than they are currently without showing all the cards. I understand the IAM is the one who puts out these updates and they have a Transportation Department that could maybe put out a video explaining the complexity of what’s being asked for and what’s being offered by the Company at this moment.

As for the TWU it’s been awhile since we’ve seen a good Gary Peterson video and I wouldn’t mind seeing a new one if I’m not asking too much?

Tim I hope you still keep an eye on the association and make sure they fly straight. Now with no protocol you can take a "gloves off" approach
I have to exhaust things with the iam first. Then most likely create a competing union with the professionals but, from my perspective, i dont see the need to get rid of the association prior to a jcba. After a jcba then imo other things should be considered by twu members. 2 unions will immediately outlive their time after a jcba. Either twu or iam. If they cant decide, then othwrs can decide for them.

Looking at jumping in the delta stew campaign and educating delta and jetblue ramp.

All you need is a few agitators it will shift against the union in a heartbeat. We will see what happens if this takes years

Wonder if the IAM would try to buy you off to keep your mouth shout like giving you a cushy job.All I have to say is the ASS is lucky you are on their side

I think Tim should bring the old AGW back out of Mothballs. We could partner up with our Sister Union the AMP.

Can you just imagine the possibilities. AMT’s and Rampers working hand in glove, side by side.

You could do worse...

He should really be proud of himself. Not only did he succeed in diverting union resources away from negotiations at a critical point-- He also cost every single person here money in federal taxes, that will come out of YOUR pocket to reimburse the DOL for their wasted time...
All for little personal, vindictive, and egotistical charade

Everyone, please give him accolades...

>SPIT<

Don’t forget his ability to consistently lead guys like you around by the nose.
