No raises for 5 years, but I dont work there and haven't walked in their shoes
Kind of what the company is trying to do isn't it?Bob,
How about since you are the selfish type, that we get 2/3's of the jobs outsourced so we can get more money and benefits for us real senior employees? You'd be gone, is that ok? Let me know who should get hosed in this deal, just some or many.

Dude, and I’m being nice, I could have used a different choice of wording, but I am a very resourceful and thrifty person, the threat of a layoff means nothing to me.Bob,

Weez look around you most of these snowflakes should be firedAl all kidding aside even if you hate Unions, if the vote is 2 to 1 for the Union that HAS to tell you the Company is not so great to work for man.
And raises don’t mean chit if you’re constantly worried about being fired. Watch the video and listen to them.
But there has to be a willingness on both sides to continue to progress civilly with the big picture kept in mind. Many of us have been waiting a very long time for this nightmare that we've been living to come to an end. And we do see everyone else progressing now while we're still stagnant. I'd be lying if I didn't say that people are tired and want to finally move forward. Please just keep that in mind...
