There is no Jetnet proposal . Company wasn’t truthful in it and that’s why the NMB made them take it down.

What a bunch of garbage.

It was up for 5 months, the Association did a rebuttal and at no point singled out anything in those proposals and TA's that was a lie.

Sounds like this thing is going backwards, probably because of the legal issues, if they're trying to have us believe the posted language was "lie."

If that we the case they Association would have been livid and demanded a retraction at that time. Didn't happen.

Tim fleet is d141 maintenance i believe is d142 would d141 be named in the lawsuit or would it be the IAM entity itself along with the TWU? Im sure something will be worked out, but how would the pay a huge settlement if not
 
When all this comes down and I believe it will over the next few days to see who was close to right and who was full of it.
I have an odds on favorite I’ll keep to myself so we’ll all see.

When all is said and done you’ll see exactly what I stated about the NMB making them taking it down and the legal issue will be going away. You’ll see how wrong you’ve been about all your predictions.

That certainly won't be cheap to get rid of. One thing in the unions favor is the botched job mgmt has done with the operation. They are now concerned for their own positions and need the problems to start going away. Our horrible experience trying to do a deal for four years is one of their big problems. Don't know if a deal will be done, but the extra negotiating is an improvement.
 
I have been told everyone wants this done by haloween. Before the holidays.
Unfortunatley they did not specify which haloween.
 
Gotta just love this quote; "there MUST be give and take from both sides."
The question is, how much?
One really good thing is there are new higher exects at the table to get er done. It is obvious now that Parker put the word out to get it done. Always happens when new folks arrive that have the power to make decisions at the table.
I still do not expect a T/A by end of this week. Hopefully they can get close enough for you guys to keep going to finish instead of postponing until next year, we will all see at end of this weeks nego's. If we see them continue into the weekend there might be some hope like we did in ours. Stay for the weekend and have a T/A by Monday???
Probably be more of give up the take kind of thing. Only the devil be in the details whenever we get any TA. I personally be shocked if we got TA by monday. May be year end or next year goin on the 'updates' we get.

Your point seems valid, but the Association has been so dysfunctional that any positive communication has been non existent. Maybe they didn't care. Kind of like their poor defense of the slow down when mgmt was in the process of ruining the operation with a hazardous implementation of new ideas. Mgmt doesn't want feedback from employees and the Association doesn't either from their members.
