Amazing how we get more real info from the "Fly Cartoons" then we do from this abortion of a union called an asso.
Maybe no updates because there really wasn't any "progress".

How true. The association needs to go away.

No pictures of horse flys? I'm sure Samuelsen wants his turn.

I'm thinking.......

Theses guys want to outsource as much as possible to cut costs.
They don't want to settle labor issues. They cut back amenities and onboard services like IFE, hot meals up front and the ability for our front line employees to deliver exceptional customer service. This management team wants to cut, cut and keep cutting to maximize profits. Its obviously not working if you look at our stock price, our customer complaints and employee relations. This management team is blaming everyone and everything for the poor performance we have bottomed out too. They don't realize or don't care that it starts with them first. The decisions they make trickle down the steps right to the customer who pays for the product.
But its obvious they don't listen or care because there must be another agenda other than running the worlds largest airline. Contracts need to be settled. Labor peace brings happy employees and great customer service. Pilots and Flight attendants are next. What are they planning on doing with them?

as mentioned for fleet, on the aa side - ord has over 100 empty shifts going into nov. 2 bid. i believe it is 112, to be exact.

apprx. 12+% of all laa ramp shifts, FT & PT, are empty.

who is blaming whom for a perceived slowdown?

let's get a deal done, hire some people and move on.

it can only get better for aa, that starts with a TA.

Maybe that's their reason for outsourcing. Jack up the open slots and don't hire anyone. Then prove your point that you need to outsource since no one wants the job.
